I must say it's either Orochimaru or Itachi. They both have a lust for power, and I can't see either of them being Uke at all ever. I don't know about Kyuubi, though I imagine he would also be up there with the other two.

you know your right about that, but then again so many people has paired Itachi up with Kisame and made Itachi uke (by the way I didn't add Kisame in there cause well I'm a bit shallow and I wanted pretty seme's)

I'll go with Kakashi, if only because of his age. Besides, I've read at least one fanfic when each of the characters on the characters are uke except for him.

Dx I can't decide between Gaara, Neji, and Itachi! D; Just because all three at some point were pretty damn cold hearted...but I'll have to go with Neji D:< Cause he's a woman beater ( ]:< a*****e beat up Hinata like a b***h.)
