history
a pirate who just joined the straw hats
started to be a pirate at 13 years old and chased the straw hats after meeting them at the barate while eating. followed them at almost every island but got lost somewhere between wiskey peak and little island. Has some connection with Jimbei and his strange swords are lost at fishmen island. dream is to become a warlord of the sea(or shibikii or whatever)used to be a bounty hunter because it was an ecuse to get around highest bounty kill 45million beli
now heres the true story
well he has always wanted to be a pirate but his dad dissaproved being a navy officer. he loved his grampa who was an alcoholic who always gave him something to think about when he was young his father shoot his grampa because he might have helped a pirate escape from his island after that he promised he would become a great pirate to avenge his grampa he set sail at 13 apperently landed next an achient on a fishmen island temple he took mythic swords which got jimbie mad so he chased him over the grand line he sailed to the east blue to escape him and had an accosianal lunch at the baratie

um can punch and kick hard named attacks with swords are named but not discribed because he lost them some how, but will tell why he lost him and descriptions will come soon
whirlpool windmill: A cylinder shaped water blast coming from his swords while spining+ a little weaker that 200 pound burst
aqua X slash: pretty much X slash, but with water
liquidfy: Ian turns into water for awhile dodjing damage, his swords can do this also with added focus. He can't do this whenever he wants only when he sees attacks coming so he is not invicible.
water bubble: a big water orb surrounding a target, usefull against fruit users but difficult to mantain
sharper: the swords change form into a different shard weapon like an axe or make tiny chages like getting longer or sharper. He can only use the watet his swords make though only allowing some sized weapons
Heat water or cool water: about anykind of burst attack with the water tempature styles.
Water rope: a rope made from the water made from luquidfying his blades
10 galllon burst: a 10 gallon shot with water
50 gallon burst: a 50 gallon shot
100 gallon burst: a 100 gallon shot
200 gallon burst: a 200 gallon shot
500 gallon burst: a 500 gallon shot
1000 gallon burst: a 1000 gallon shot
moves with dual wooden swords
wooden windmill: a burst of wind comes from sword
bee swarm sting: atacks rapidly numorous times
X slash:a X wave slash
