Here's what I recommend:
1: Cast Meltdown on Adel, and have Irvine use his "Fast Ammo" limit repeadeately.

Who's in your Party?
Like what the previous person said...try casting meltdown, and depending on who you have in you're party... Have one/two spell caster(s) to pummel Adel with powerful one person spells, Or if you feel risky, you can cast more powerful multi-person spells (and then heal Rinoa duh)... and have the other person(s) in the party physically attack Adel, preferably Squall. Keep you're parties health high (including Rinoa).
Helps to have buffing spells too, like Regen, Double and Triple, and maybe Shell and protect, if you're having that much difficulty.

Lion Heart Weapon, Meteor junctioned on strength, sleep on Stat. Atk. Fire on Elem Atk. Cast Aura on yourself and renzokuken Adel, he should fall in no time. Heal rinoa with Recover, cast your party "Shell" and "protect", you should be fine.

I believe this is the fight where Rinoa will be involved.
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE REGEN AND CAST IT ON TO RINOA. As you fight Adel you will be draining Rinoa's HP. If Rinoa dies the game is over. Cast Regen on to Rinoa and then every 10 strikes cast Cura on to her or check her with scan to see if she has sufficient HP.
Best is Aura for physical attacks. GFs and Magic will drain Rinoa's HP. For ever attack on Adel it has an effect on Rinoa.
Best Magic to cast on Adel is Ultima, Meltdown and Meteor. They are best magic and are more controllable than GFs.
Casting Haste on party members is a good aid especially with limit breaks and aura. Also cast Protect and Shell on your characters.
Remember.
1. Cast Regen on Rinoa and then cura or curaga every 10 approx hits and check her HP.
2. Cast Haste, Aura, Protect/Shell on characters
3. Rely on Physical attacks and limit breaks
4. If you have to use magic use Utlima, Meltdown and Meteor.
