Once again, 24 has taken on a plot twist. Rather than Muslim radicals being the bad guys, they're just pawns and scapegoats for a Russian terrorist who feels sour about losing the cold war.
As for Morris, if I were in his place, I probably would have given in too. I doubt those who work on the computers are trained to withstand torture.
As for President Palmer, I think in the long run, after realizing the real enemy is Russian and not Middle Eastern, the guy (whose name I can't remember, the one who was going to resign) will probably see all of his plans blow up in his face. I think he'll probably end up dying because he's obviously being played.
