Watch shined blind, be amazed by it, idolize Zelgadis, then realize he is just a scrub who shines alot, learn about Mofo, Chillin, and M2k. Watch their videos, learn their style, practice, and maybe one day you can master fox.

Once you learn how to shuffl', waveshine and all that, beat up lvl 1's. I spent many an hour beating up lvl 1's, just to acustom myself to being able to shuffl' and Waveshine consistently.

You dont need pro waveshining to be good with fox. Ken and Mew2King very rarely waveshine. Being pro with fox is the same with every other character, knows his moves, play alot, know which move to use and when, play more.

In all seriousness from my last post. Learn to shine out of any shuffled arial. most common are Dair to shine and nair to shine. They really help if you plan to be very offensive with shuffles.

Chop off your hands, replace them with programmable robotic implements and you'll be the best Fox player to ever live.

To be on the safe side get the technical stuff down to a reasonable level.
After that it's all you.
Fox is so powerful. All you have to do is watch your opponent. The only real combo you need is uthrow to uair.

Though I blow in Smash, it goes under the same principle that all fighting games use:
1) Get solid with the basics in terms of game mechanics (this essentially would allow you to play everyone) 2) Get solid with the advanced game mechanics (same) 3) Learn the intricacies of your character 4) Learn your match-ups
