Around Christmas, I picked up a jar of D.L. Jardine's "Queso Loco" medium cheese salsa. A few weeks ago, I dumped a heaping spoonful into my mac & cheese.

Best thing ever.

What do you put into your mac & cheese to spice it up?

hot dogs, ham, or mixed vegetables. but usually tabasco sauce. 3nodding
