Two of the biggest names in Death Metal history both being of course started by the lead singer Chris Barnes. Although Barnes is no longer with Cannibal Corpse today, he has left his mark with the band by giving them their 2 most brutal and vile albums to date, Butchered at Birth & Tomb of the Mutilated. Barnes permanently left the band in 1996 to fully form Six Feet Under. Although before 1996 Six Feet Under was a band but did not have full band status but was rather just a little project Barnes was working on. So in 1996 he left and George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher replaced Barnes on vocals in Cannibal Corpse.
Many fans argue between which is the better vocalist of Cannibal Corpse and it's a stand off between Corpsegrinder and Barnes. Currently it is unknown which is the better vocalist so it mainly falls into personal opinion.

Eaten Back To Life is better than any Cannibal Corpse album out there, and Six Feet Under sucks.

I disagree on that. I personally think it's Tomb of the Mutilated.

More into Gore DEATH Metal.

Cannibal Corpse USED to be great when Chris Barnes was the lead vocalist. Ever since they brought in George Fisher the band has slipped further and further from their underground roots and moved more towards mainstream. The only real good albums with Fisher are Gallery of Suicide and The Wretched Spawn. KILL was an embarrassment to the band's name.
But I can't say much for Six Feet Under either since their newest album Commandment wasn't all too great either.
