Well, since Command had all those different endings (which make my brain hurt), where do you think the Star Fox series will go from here? Flashbacks, going with one of the Command endings, throwing the endings out and going in a completely different direction?

I have heard of a few possibilities.
1. They wil create a game absed 1/2 way through StarFox Command and ends beyond it revelaing the true ending.
2. All future StarFox games will be prequels. We will never know the ending to Command.
3. They will make a series of games using all the endings or most of them.
4. They will pretend Command never took place.
5. Have a sequel without telling us what ending it is based of. Which is pretty much the same as above.

I'd say that option 1 is the one that's most likely to happen. I've yet to see any prequel games come out in the Starfox series. A series of games following the endings would be a bad idea as fans probably don't want alternate universes of the game. 4 doesn't seem possible because they always tie in their games somehow. 5 could happen, but it'd leave too many questions for fans to answer and after Command, yeah. xD

I think you misunderstood 3. I was meaning making games to connect all the endings together or msot of them. No alternate realities etc. Sorry I should ahve amde that more clear. crying
1 and 2 are possible if the same company make the game. As that is what they said they might do.
4 and 5 most likely if another company makes the next one.
Personaly I think 3 is the best option. You get more then one game. biggrin

they will probably choose one ending and use that, more then likely the easiest ending to get

So long as they don't make a prequel to Lylat Wars that would explain Fox's birth and also have Fox playable.

I actually would like a game during before Lylat Wars (or StarFox 64 as it's called in the US) because I would really like a more in depth look at what happened when James died.

to tell you the truth it would be cool if they made a SF game that depicts the events of Jame's journey to Venom before he died... that would shed some light not to mention alot of questionable answers...

Not all the endings say what happen to the characters. If the sequel game had Fox, Falco, Krystal and Slippy in the team and Dash is not in the game or ruler of Venom. Fox and Krystal haven't confessed their feelings yet. Krystal has no urge to join StarWolf team. As far as I know no ending fits.
