I really want to see this movie in the theater. I have been a ghost rider fan since I was little and loved the way he looked and acted. I read much of the original series and loved the second series even more, the series featuring Danny Ketch.

I just read an interveiw with Nicolas Cage and he claimed to have been a Ghost rider fan since he was little too and even has a tattoo of the flaming skulled hero. He says they toned down the darkness and tried to make it alittle funnier so I'm not sure what to think about that. I would have loved to see this in its full glory. Dark and dingy with all the nightmarish creatures and blood, but I guess people still think comic books only sell to children. *sighs* oh well...

Here is the interveiw for those interested: http://www.darkhorizons.com/news07/niccage.php

I'll post more after seeing the movie.

The ads look good, and I can see where they added a bit of humor.

Actually it wasn't that bad. I can see why fans would be disapointed because Johnny Blaze actually controls Ghost rider instead of Ghost rider being an entity of its own.

There are some funny moments. There is a moment where this guy asks Blaze to sterilze a needle and he points that the needle and tries to make fire appear. The guy just shakes his head and says, "In the boiling water will be just fine."

It was an alright film, nice to see Ghosty on the big screen. They did a great job on the special effects and the like. I just wish they would have pushed the movie to M or R rating because there were only adults in the theatre. I don't think there are many kids who read Ghost Rider anymore.

I'm dying to see the movie. The trailer looked promising, and it only just recently came out where I live.
