Kitterfox lay under a blue umbrella, trying not to nod off.
Fluttering about, Garu-yan stopped ocassionally to look at shells. "Wow! So many!" she squealed, admiring the colors.

She fell asleep a few minutes later, unable to fight it any longer. "Nighty night..."
Garu-yan looked over at her owner, a bit surprised. "She told me she wasn't tierd! Hmph!" Ignoring the now sleeping girl, Garu-yan fluttered over to the water. She poked a toe into the water, and pulled it back out. "COLD!"

Garu-yan became bored of fluttering about rather quickly and settled herself on top of the blue umbrella. "Wish I had more friends...."

She watched the waves and listened to the quiet snoring of her owner. It took her a while before she realized that she was getting sleepy herself.
"Uwah! Don't wanna fall asleep here! What if it rains!"
Even though Garu-yan hated water, she splashed some of the cool sea water onto her face. "Ick! Salty!"

Garu-yan spent the next few minutes cleansing her pallete of the 'icky' sea water. After that was done, she decided to make a sand castle.
She sang "Lalaaa lala lala la la Katamari Damacy!" while digging a whole for the sea water/sand mix. Then using the wet sand, she proceeded to make her very own castle that she could live in. "Yay!"

The castle had three towers, a moat, and what she called her 'main stay'. It was big enough for this small second you to comfortably walk around and o other things in. She even made herself furniture made of sand, but most of it crumbled. Garu-yan was happy though that the bed held, so she decided to take a nap in her new 'home'.

Kadri watched with a childish eagerness as a fellow Second You put the finishing touches on a sand castle... And since Second Yous at stages like the Surpise, like Kadri and the other Second You, are so small, the little sand castle could be a real castle to them!
Kadri stepped up to the other girl. Shyly, she tried to get the girl's attention so that they could play together. "Umm...Hi!" Kadri abrutly greeted the girl, "My name is Kadri...What's yours?"

Garu-yan sleepily opened one of her eyes. "Hmm, whazta?" She sat up and gave the fellow second you a slight glare. "It's kind of rude to wake someone from a nap, but since you didn't know, I'm not mad." Garu-yan got off the bed. "And my name is Garu-yan."

"O-oh, s-sorry..." Kadri stared at the ground in embarrasment. She counted the tiny pieces of sand, trying to distract herself from the sistuation. Kadri got embarrased easily, despite her out-going personality.

Garu-yan cocked her head. "You know it's even ruder not to look at someone while they are talking to you."

"Ah!" Kadri blushed harder, madly forcing her head up to face Garu-yan. "Um, I'm very sorry...So...So..." Kadri's eyes began to wander to the left, but she snapped them back to Garu-yan right away this time. All of her actions were done in fast-mode, panic-mode.

Garu-yan laughed. "Oh! You're funny!" She then stuck her hand out. "Anyone who can make me laugh is all right with me. Let's be friends!"

Kadri smiled, "Yay! Thank you." Kadri thanked her, and then reached for Garu-Yan's hand.

Kadri took a deep breath smiling bigger with every bit of air, "Heehee." She giggled. Then Kadri looked around the sand castle. "This is awesome! Did you make it all by yourself?"
