I'm guessing most of you have already heard about Fruits by now.
I personally love this series. My fav character being Momoji. The character is so cute and loveable with such a sad past. I cry everytime I want the episode about his past... I have to keep reminding myself that this character is really a boy, but just likes to dress any way he wants.
There are many cross dressing and gender confused characters running about. Including one that has made a bunch of Yaoi fans rather pissed off. Sorry ladies, he is a she afterall. (I will not mention who so I don't give the secret away)
Also I do believe that Hana is a lesbian, or at least has very strong feelings for Tarou. There is very little to comfirm this but I do beleive it is true.
Well talk about this wonderful series and why you like it.

Although I am a guy [last time I went in, my doctor said I was, anyhow] I still liked Fruits Basket, a lot. And I do. >< I had borrowed the entire current series in the US, read them all, but still later bought all of them, just because I'm generous and those people deserve teh rightful money for their excellent series.
My favorite is Ritsu. wink

i have read a lot of the series 1-11 and i really like it its a happy anime with secret darkness twist theres alot of darkness that happens in real life like going against family and stuff i dont buy the mangas though becuase i borrow 1-11 and i made a rule about not buying anything that i have read 10 vols. of and dont own any of tghe mangas yet but i do want to read more i need to figure out when i can though

I think I like the characters of Furuba more than I like the actual series. I suppose that's because it's so long but doesn't seem to be going anywhere. sweatdrop
Anyway! Much love for Ayame, Momiji, and Hatsuharu!
Ayame is so flamboyant, it's cute. Momiji is cute. I've always thought Ritsu was cute too. I just want to hug/calm the monkey. 3nodding

I was suspecting Uo-chan for awhile too. Those three are perfect together.

I love Fruits Basket! I found it way back when volume two first came out -- before the raving fangirls with their unbearable love of spoilers starting running around -- and it's been my favorite manga ever since!
My favorite character is definitely Momiji, though Hana is a close second. Hearing about his past just made me connect with the poor boy so much... And since my name is HanaTohruShipperMorgan on fanfiction.net, and I signed up for an account originally so that I could keep track of HanaTohru fics... Yeah, I think you could say that I think she likes Tohru. sweatdrop
I don't love the series as much now as I did a few months ago, though, because some idiot on fanfiction.net forgot their spoiler warnings and completely killed a major plot point for me. I swore off the site for months because of that... *sigh* People can be so inconsiderate.
Ah well. Can't be helped, now. Just wish I could forget I ever read it... At least I didn't finish the sentence.

I've read the manga up to 15 [16 should be or has been released sometime around now.. yay!] I really love all of the characters. I also like how each character has their own arc in the story too.
Momoji is so adorable.. I love how he wears girls clothing.. It fits him perfectly! ^_^ And Ritsu.. he really is a beautiful man. Yuki also looked very cute in his dress, even if it was pure torture for him... xDD
Not to mention Akito when it comes to 'gender issues'... xD
I also get the suspician that Hana has strong feelings for Tohru. Uo-chan finds a romantic interest in another man though. u_u

Furuba is my favorite manga... Personally, I can kinda see Uo/Hana happening. They always sort of felt like surrogate parents to Tohru in my interpretation of their characters.

I liked the darkness that surrounded all of the characters pasts. Ayame always makes me laugh and Momiji is just so adorable! How was I supposed to resist?
I own all the anime dvds and available books. I personally like the manga version better. The anime version ends quickly and doesn't show all of the characters that are in the manga.
Sadly my friend told me the ending and showed me pictures.
Evil internet using spoiler.
But I still read it just to watch the characters develop.
Kagura is my favorite character from the anime version. Ayame is my favorite character in the manga.

i love faruba~all the characters have their own past stories...i love dems~ whee ill put a lil rant on here too~
hatori-ayame-and ritsu r my fave boyz...so adorible...
but ou and hana r the cewtest couple[in my opinion]...there like tohru's parents~ crying [ou=dad,hana=mom]
but i read a fanfic of tohru/rin and its was good~thats a plausible couple in my mine now 4laugh
