I doubt many people have played anything from the DW series, but since I really enjoyed the earlier games (1-3) I wanted to put a thread up for it! ^_^ Talk about anything DW wise: The games, those stupid Dragon Warrior Monster Pokemon ripoff games, and there's probably some kind of anime for it no one's heard about.

I have no idea about the second one, but the first DWM was simply amazing. Doing things beyond pokemon had yet to even TOUCH(Breeding, Personality, insanely high number of monsters). For DW fans it was a must, simply for being able to finally have Metaly and Metababble on YOUR side. Still need to find a copy of DW7 for PSX...not to mention actually finish my collection of gold medals for DW3. gonk

Before going into a new area, you had to immensly level up or you would die to quickly in the new area. The bad part was that the are you were in, the monsters didn't give you enough experience to level up faster to survive the newer area.

Everyone says Enix is horrible, yet they made Dragon Quest 8! Who DOESN'T love the insane hours and the beautiful world?!

Don't worry when It comes to Enix I got your back......and you really need to play DW4 it really is worth the hunt to find a copy.

I never really got the chance to play DW4, since they never remade it to the GB like the rest of them. But, I really want to try it out. My rommate had it on her comp.... but.... it didn't work. crying

floozypoo !!! Ah! I love you! heart I never really got the chance to play DW4, since they never remade it to the GB like the rest of them. But, I really want to try it out. My rommate had it on her comp.... but.... it didn't work. crying Do you have a working NES? I might have an extra copy out in the shed..It don't have no lable on it, but if I lend it to yah, you got to promise on your Love of Enix and RPG's that you will send it back when you are done with it.

No, I don't... another one of my friends has an emulator with a working english version, though. Once I get my own comp, I'll find the rom for myself. The rest of her roms basically suck.

I belong to a Yahoo group for Rare Video game memorbilia. The hottest thing I have is a Nintendo Power Laser Disc with footage of a Beta copy of StarFox 2. They used the disc for one of the 1st Gameing conventions and they only ever made 3 copies of it. I dont even want to tell you its Value.
