As a member of his Fanclub Mon Amour, thus being able to see pictures of him that other wise are not released, I can ASSURE you Mana is no where near being fat
not even chubby
and he has not mentioned anything about a law suit
he WOULD have if it was true, since it would have come out either way
Please think a little before believing rumours~
also, I suspect this rumour might come from some Mana haters
I had one try to tell me Mana is a drug addict and is worth nothing without makeup
I whipped his e-a** back to /b/

I agree. If anything Mana's underweight--plus he seems very cautious and not the type to be getting sued. What would be be sued for in the first place?

Oh, no. He gets inspiration from lots of classical music like, Beethoven and Mozart, you know? But those are all so well known that anyone can use them for music--it's not illegal.
