Cadmus had been all too happy on learning that he would be a father a couple months ago but now he had his doubts. What if the kids suddenly rebelled against him or they liked their mom more than him? She was more energetic than he and could spend more energy with them than he ever could. All these thoughts and more bugged him but they all seemed to dissapear when he was with his family. The kids were young and able to be taught the many lessons of the world.
His maw formed a grin as he thought about him teaching his children. It would definitely be a new experience and a great one at that. The patriotic epona could picture future scenes with his kids showing off what they knew and boasting about their parents. Then again he would have to stop that immediately because boasting would not be a part of this family. Tamara sure had pulled her way through and she was still going strong.
Cadmus sat on the ground watching with careful navy eyes to see if anything needed to be corrected. Once in a while he'd look over to Mara and couldn't help but think of where he'd be without her. She was a blessing and more. The male looked over at his only son in the bunch and knew that he would have to teach him some things while Mara taught their daughters a thing or two. His ears swiveled here and there, careful of the sounds around them besides the children's playing and Mara.
-+-
Antiope glanced over at her parents and then back at her siblings. She gave a small grin towards the other three and crouched low to the ground. Her thoughts contained on one thing as she poked her rear end up and kept her eyes on the target. The female, which resembled her father more than anyone, gave a small growl before acting out her plan.
She pushed of the ground with her back feet and raised her front paws up. Her jump wasn't that high but it was enough to try and get her near the target. Antiope landed on the ground with a soft thud. She then raced towards Tzuriel in hope of catching him off guard.
-+-
Atlanta watched with fascination as her sister tried to sneak up on her only brother. She gave a small chuckle and turned to her other sister, Tiara. The female watched to see what her sister was doing and then towards her parents. Her eyes studied them closely as if she was observing.

Tamara had been rather exausted the last few months. Carrying four other eponas around was very tiring, but the hard work payed off. Plus she had Cadmus to look out for her. She was very happy to have a family with him. It seemed like only yester day that she met him near that tree in the snow.
She opened her eyes to find Antiope getting ready to pounce Tzuriel. "Anti--" She was to slow, the little female charged after her brother. With a sigh Mara stood up and let the the little epona play. She streched out her legs and walked over to Cadmus. She nuzeled up to him and smiled. "How have you been?" She asked staring into his eyes. ~:~
Tzuriel stared out of the cave his family had been staying in. His mother and father had both told stories about what had happened a few months back in this cave. His favorite part was when his mother jumped into the hole to be with his father.
He sat crouching, not paying attention to anything around him. He glanced over at Cadmus and smiled. He started to stand up to go and talk to him.
~:~
Tiara sat with her sister Atlanta. She was very tired and wanted to take a nap. She watched sleepily as her other sister Antiope charged at Tzuriel, her only brother. With a small pitiful sigh, she stood up and tumbled over to her mom and dad. "Momma," she squeaked as she came to the side of her mother. "I'm sleepy."

Cadmus looked over to see Antiope pouncing at Tzuriel and just shook his head. He knew it taught them to be more alert and that was a good thing at least. The male looked over to Mara as she approached him and felt her nuzzle up to him. He nuzzled her with the side of his face and gave a grin as she smiled and asked her question.
"I've been fine, it's you who I'm more worried about. Although there may be nothing to worry about," Cadmus replied with a tinge of relief in his voice that he himself had not noticed.
His navy hues glanced over at the children and then returned to his love. He nuzzled her again and moved as close as he could, as if they weren't close enough, to her so there was no space between them. Cadmus liked being close to Mara and his family, it was a feeling he never had before. The patriotic epona looked over towards Tiara as she came nearer to them but he could tell from the looks of her gait. She was sleepy.
-+-
Antiope could tell that she had the upper hand since it didn't seem her brother noticed her at all. With a chuckle the female ran faster to put more energy into her charge but it was a big mistake. She did make it to her brother since he still hadn't noticed her and jumped at him. With a grunt she flew over him, having calculated everything wrong, and landed unevenly on her two front feet. This caused her back legs to go straight over her head and before she knew it, she was on her back looking at the ceiling of the cave.
There was a seconds worth of a pause before she got up and looked over at her brother. Did he notice her at all. The tumble didn't seem to affect her at all. Her energy seemed to know no bounds and she knew this since Cadmus had told her she was just like her mother. Antiope could only grin as she heard that line. It made her smile for some reason but she liked smiling. It made her happy and so did laughing and playing.
-+-
Atlanta stayed seated as Antiope took her tumble and then her interest swayed a bit. She looked towards Tiara who had gone off to her mother. Her vision looked towards the entrance to the cave and wondered if she could just once go out there alone and have an adventure. There was no harm in that. Her father said that the outside world held many dangers and that it was not safe to go out there alone without a parent.
Why was it so dangerous? There was nothing out there except small harmless woodland creatures. Although from the stories of her parents there were such things as 'dogs'. What did those creatures look like and why would they attack mom? The questions went on from there and it frustrated Atlanta since she didn't have answers.
"I wanna go out there but not right now," the young female said to herself. She looked over at her brother and sisters and wondered whether she should involve them as well.
She didn't know when to do it though but perhaps she could wait till mommy and daddy were sleeping. With a nod, Atlanta decided that would be her best bet.

Tamara smiled. "Well I'm glad you're okay, and I am just fine." She sighed and looked down at Tiara. She lifted her paw and tapped the ground. "Well come laydown here with me and your father." She herself was tired and thought it may be a good time for a family nap. Slowly she lowered her self to the ground and rested her head on her paws. "Cadmus," She whispered, "I'm glad you're here." With that she closed her eyes and began to drift into, a much needed, deep sleep.
~:~
Tzuriel flicked his ear at his sister's attempted to pounce on him. He had gotten quite use to ignoring her, she was much to roudy and sometimes it bothered him. Watching his mother lay down he decided to join her. Standing up he padded over to his dad and pushed against his leg. "Is it nap time?" He asked looking up at his patriotic dad.
~:~
Tiara nodded her head and curled up next to her mom. A small yawn escaped her muzzel and she smiled. "Atlanta" She said quietly. "Comeon, its nap time." Tiara felt a little bit closer to her sister Atlanta compared to Antiope. She was much to wild for her, but she still loved her.

"I'm glad to hear it," Cadmus said with a grin on his maw.
His navy hues turned to Tiara who indeed was sleepy. He listened to what Mara had instructed his daughter to do and liked the idea of a nap. It could refresh his senses and his energy. He then looked towards his love as she whispered to him. His ears caught everything she said towards him and as an answer he lowered himself to the ground by extending his front paws as if stretching. His rump came down to the ground as well and he nuzzled Mara softly.
"As I am as well," Cadmus replied with a soothing tone. "I love you."
It was like him to say those three words since it was a lovely habit and he really meant it. Each of his kids would know and with that he scoped out the remaining three. Tzuriel was right beside him now and asked if it was nap time and the male only smiled at his son.
"Yes it is," he replied in a lethargic tone. He didn't know how sleepy he was until he layed down.
The patriotic epona looked at his son again in a loving way and knew he was truly blessed. With a more serious look, the male looked over at the one they always had trouble with when it came to napping.
"Antiope, it's time for a nap," he said with a stern tone.
Cadmus didn't worry about Atlanta since she would join them very soon. She was obedient like Tzuriel and Tiara which surprised him that he only had one troublemaker it seemed. Now they might not have listened to him and Mara sometimes but they did as they were told most of the time. -+-
Antioped rolled over on to her belly and watched as Tzuriel and Tiara retreated to her mother and father. She also watched as Atlanta followed in as well. What boring siblings she had. They were never really any fun since they couldn't play as long as she could. It always ended up with her playing around by herself or being scolded for getting 'out of hand'.
Her ears flattened against the skull of her head as she heard what her father said. Oh how she despised nap time. It was evil and there was no way for her to spend her energy. She wanted to run still and going to sleep in the middle of the day was horrible! Who invented nap time anyway?!
"Yes father," Antiope said reluctantly.
With her tail tucked between her legs, the young female dragged her feet along the way to her parents and other siblings. She knew this nap time had to do with how her siblings were acting since they probably asked for it. Or it had to do with her mom. She didn't seem to have as much energy as she did from the stories her parents told her about.
A long sigh uttered from her small muzzle and when she was close to her mom she slumped down on the ground. Antiope gave an evil look towards her sisters and ignored the comment Atlanta gave her. She was unable to give the evil look to Tzuriel since he was on the other side of father. With another loud sigh she layed her head down on her two front paws and closed her eyes hoping sleep would come sooner so she could wake up sooner. -+-
Atlanta heard what Tiara had to say and nodded. She gave a joyful cry inside her mind but not aloud. This was the time to act if they were going to explore the outside world. She trotted along towards her sister Tiara, whom she was closest to, and sat next to her. With a small barely even noticeable smile the female lay next to Tiara.
"Aw, look at Antiope," Atlanta teased.
It looked funny since their sister had hated this time of day. She would always make such a huff out of something so small. It was funny though and quite entertaining since she made such a deal of it. This time she didn't argue or complain though which was weird. Maybe she was tired but didn't want to admit it. Atlanta caught the evil glare she was give and stuck out her tongue. She quickly put it back in her mouth so she wasn't seen doing such a thing.
"Have a good nap time Tiara," whispered the female with a grin towards her sister.
With that being said she lowered her own small head on top of her paws and closed her eyes. She didn't exactly go to sleep though since there was a lot going on in her mind about the real world. The time would soon come when her mom and dad would be asleep and that was the time to act.

[[okay shooter, you are about to meet a good friend of mine, I was suppose to give her one of the babies to this breeding so she now owns Tiara... just to warn ya... be prepared... ><]] *****Order: Shooter, Me, Kiki*****
Tamara was in an instant dream. It was a flash back, from when she was alot younger. She found herself in the clearing where she first met Cadmus. She turned in circles looking for him, but noone was there. "Cadmus?" She called out softly "Are you there?" She continued to look about, but there was nothing. She looked down into the snow, and saw the trail she had made all those months ago in the snow. She decided to follow in it, walking slowling looking for Cadmus.
~:~
Tzuriel laid next to his father. He curled up into a small ball, letting the warmth from his father touch his cold side. "Good night dad." He yawned and closed his eyes. He flicked his ears, he could hear his sisters talking and he wonder what about. He decided he would join them when his dad and mom were asleep. So he sat there with one eye open waiting for his dads breathing to slow.

Tiara rolled over in her sleep. In an instant, she found herself in the woods with her sister Atlanta. Tiara started walking around in the woods, and there she saw a creature. It was something Tiara was sure she had never seen before, it was brown and blue, with horns, tails, and a very big nose. It kept asking to Tiara to come to it, but when she took a step back, it called louder. Tiara looked around for Atlanta, but she was gone. Two steps forward, and the creature sang to her "Come closer..." Tiara stopped. "Mommy says I can't talk to strangers." "I am no stranger," the creater sang, "I am a friend." Tiara ran out of the woods, and found herself in a river, just sitting there.

[[Okay, I was wondering for a bit when I clicked the thread but I'm okay with it. ^^ Welcome Flower. =D]]
Cadmus watched Antiope as she reluctantly gave in and knew that he would have to fix her behavior when it came to following orders. He gave a small, barely audible sigh and looked down at his son. The only one that decided to rest by him. His navy hues watched the pup curl up into a ball for warmth.
"Good night Tzuriel," Cadmus replied in a soft and gentle tone.
The americana male lay his head down and closed his eyes. His instinct told him something was amiss but he was just so tired to really take heed to this. His body soon came into a rhythmic pattern of breathing as he soon fell to sleep. Cadmus was at peace at the moment.
-+-
Antiope could not find herself going to sleep, not with everything on her mind. Usually this would happen and she didn't go to sleep until everyone woke up. That's what she hated since she had found her happy place and then it was broken up. The young pup rolled onto her belly, trying to bury her shoulders into the ground. Her front paws looked like candy canes and she didn't feel comfortable one bit.
With a grown she rolled onto her left side and heaved out a large breath. How boring! Her legs and paws felt like moving every second and yet she had to hold them still since it was nap time. She could just wait for her parents to fall asleep before getting up and playing but then again she could never play quietly.
Then her eyelids lifted up revealing a blue and red hue. She was different from her siblings since she each eye colored differently. One blue and one red. That was a unique yet rare allele. Then her bright hues caught movement from the front of her. Atlanta seemed to not be tired as well and yet she dared to move! How... rare to see this kind of thing.
-+-
Atlanta decided it was time since she could tell her mom and dad were sleeping by their breathing pattens. She opened one eye to be sure that she was correct and she was. Maybe she could include her siblings in this little adventure but they might tell on her. Although perhaps she could persuade them that it was a dream?
Her small ears swiveled in Antiope's direction knowing that she was still awake. She always was the last one to go to sleep unless it was bed time. The red and blue epona looked over towards Tiara and could tell she was sleeping. Would it be possible to wake her without waking mom? Maybe she should check with her brother even though he was all the way on the other side.
"Tzuriel...," whispered Atlanta.
Hoping for a reply soon, she slowly made her way on all fours.

Tamara's paws seemed to freeze, and soon she found she was stuck on the snow. She could no longer walk with her paws stuck. she franticly tried to release herself but it was no use. She calmed a little and called out again, "Cadmus!" still there was no reply. Her ears twitched nerviuosly as she sented something very familiar. In the distance came a low barking. "Dogs..." she whispered as the barking drew nearer and nearer.
~:~
Tzuriel stood up and peered around his dads giant paw. He had herd his name being called so he new he was needed. "Was that you Atlanta?" He asked being very quite and very carful not to bump his dad.
He began to make his way infront of his dad, then past his mom, who twitched nerviously. This made Tzuriel very nervious himself. After some time he was finally at his sisters side. "What is it?" He asked nudging her a little. "It's nap time, we should be sleeping."

Tiara sat up, realizing it was just a dream. When she looked around, she noticed everyone else was asleep. Tiara laid back down and squeezed her eyes shut. No use! There was no hope of falling back asleep. Tiara jumped up and thought, maybe if she used up all her energy, she might get tired again, and falling asleep would be easier! Tiara stood up and started skipping around, then she jumped up and down, and running in circles. Tiara laid back down and closed her eyes. Oh no! Now she was even more awake! Tiara sat down tapping her paw on the ground. She couldn't figure out what to do!

Atlanta looked towards her mom as Tzuriel replied and held her breath as if it could wake her up. She had never once stayed awake or even moved during nap time so this was a new experience. The outside world seemed to beckon her to come out and play and that was what was driving this young epona to break the daily schedule. She waited impatiently now for her only brother to appear before giving out the plan.
As her brother appeared, Atlanta noticed the way her mom seemed to twitch. How could she move and sleep at the same time? The red and blue epona felt fur against her and soon glanced at her brother who was now right next to her. As she opened her mouth to part with a few words, Tiara dashed off to release some energy. Atlanta felt her body freeze right there in her spot and she hoped that their mom and dad didn't wake up.
"Stop that right now Tiara!" the young female commanded in a forced whisper. "Come over here, I have something to tell you all."
-+-
Antiope raised her head as everyone seemed to be awake except for their mum and dad. She quickly scrambled up onto her own four paws and rushed over towards the other two who were already near her. Her different colored hues glanced over towards her mom who was now doing some kind of movement which made her kind of scared.
"Why are you all up! It's usually me and why does Tiara get to move around!" she whined in a small voice.
