i met his older sister on neopets
Joey loves stuffed animals, so his older sister is saving up to buy him a plushie paint brush (a neopets item that makes your pets turn into stuffed animals)

i have a neopets its either ArterKingOfscotts or King Arter and i will add both of u and since idk if i have a lot of money on that acc(on my original 1 that is now lost,i was like a rich guy i had liek 80k+ points) i will ty 2 help out when i can!
