Great Guitar. It's about $800, I'm gonna start to save up for it. Yes, it is the Dimebag custom as seen in the " Cowboys from Hell" and " Cemetary Gates" music videos. What do you think? Any guitars in particular that you like?

i really like the sound of a Dean, but i think they are really hard to play with. you must stand up to play, sitting it because of the "V" very difficult.
but not a bad choice. what amp do you want to use with it?

Actually, it is easy to sit and play with, it has a natural / shape that you put on your knee. My friend has tried one and said once you get used to it, it is fine. And the flying V, all you have to do is put the < on on your leg and rest it against your thigh to play sitting down. Once again, takes some getting used to, but possible.
What amp would you recommend? I don't know much about amps, I have a crappy Fender SP-10. I was thinking that once I bought it I would go to the guitar center and test out amps. I also want a Dimebag custom Wah, naturally. And a Metalzone distortion pedal. I want to just spend a few hours testing stuff out once I get it. Whatever yields the sound I like.

i recommend to but a good amp first, and after that you can buy a better guitar. (or buy them at the same time) i don't know many things about amps, but i'm sure someone at the store could tell you something more about them.

That's my plan, I want to go, test the guitar with different amps, and once I find the amp, I'll test peddles, and then I'll know about how much money I want to spend. I was thinking possibly a Marshall, like my friend has.

Metalzone Distortion, Dime Wah, and Some uber-heavy distortion pedal for good effect. I might look towards a bigger fender, mine is actually pretty good (Sp-10)
