Okay. I made up a little work out plan for myself. 3nodding
Otay.
Im going to do
- 30 Pull ups on a bar 3-4 times every week. - 25 crunches on a fitness ball. 3 Times a week.
Do you think I will see results? Im looking to get myself a nice set of abs, and some muscle on my arms.
How long do you think It will take to notice results?
Thank you :]

The crunches part won't be a problem, you're allowed to work abs every day.
However, with the pull-ups, you're not only working your arms, but also your back.
If you're looking for an arms-only workout, get some light weights to start off with, and do biceps curls and triceps extensions, but alternate days that you do these two exercises.
If you decide to continue doing pull-ups, you need to do push-ups also to work your chest so that you're still balanced. With these two exercises, you'd also need to alternate days.
And in case you're wondering, I keep recommending that you alternate days because if you work opposite muscles in the same day, you become fatigued, and don't actually benefit from the exercise.
