I think it was Komrin 4 Mini or something ridiculous like that. Its job was to clean things. 8D
Crowley spilled tea (?) on it and it malfunctioned... and, uh, put makeup on everyone in the room besides Lenalee.
From what I understand, 'kirei' means both beautiful and clean, so when it went haywire it must have confused the terms or something.
I had to cover my eyes when I first saw said screencap.
What's worse, there's a part soon after where he looks into a mirror and says, "Beautiful!"

...see, I think this is a perfect example of what happens when the animators try to supply the fans with some kind of fanservice. A backfired attempt, I think.
