As you may or may not know, there is an official series of fanbooks called Negi-Pa! containing colored images from the manga, various information about characters from the series, and a serial story about Nodoka in Wonderland, among other things. Unfortunately, there's little to no chance of it being translated completely into English. However, the most recent volume (7) featured a list providing bust/waist/hip measurements for the girls from 3-A, and someone over at the Aquastar forums provided translations for the names.
Measurements are in cm, maybe later I'll convert them over to inches.

I find it highly amusing that Mana is listed as 88.9 so that they have a clear 2nd/3rd place split.

Hahaha, wow. This info is for the real hardcore fan xd Besides fantasize... I don't see what anyone could do with this info. o_o;;
...Oh wait! Cosplay! xd
....Gosh, if I ever saw a fan say to a cosplayer from Negima: "Your bust, waist and hip size are wrong. __(Insert character name here)__ is _#_ _#_ and _#_" ....I'd die of laughter. lol
Actually, I think it'd be even more funny if a fan said: "Wow! They're so real!" rofl

I find it slightly amusing that Satsuki has a bigger bustline than Ayaka. ;.;
