In mid December, food is scarce. What is going to happen to the Twilight pack? The pack has too go into other animals, wolves territories. The alpha female and male are trying hard to find a new territory, but the hunters are hunting them down, and they have to find a new way to get to there new territory. They have to go through death mountain. It had been abandoned by anything living. It is dangerous up there, and they plan to leave soon. They have been delayed because of the snow. The winter is cold, the snow is deep, and there are pups.

Shadow sighed slightly, as she walked through the wolf pack territory looking for food. She sighed slightly as she walked a bit further through the forest. She thought to herself, and wondered what had happened to the food in the forest. Was it because of the winter, or was it because of the pack?

White Fang slowly walked along the river. He stopped at the river's edge. He started drinking from the river slowly. Once he was done drinking from the river, he went back to the pack.

Aide stayed in the pack area lazy as usual. It was why he was in last place besides his horrible hunting skills. He just kept staring at the sky wondering when he could go get some food.

When Shadow has returned to the pack's den, she was tired. Also she was hungry, but she'd have to wait to get fed. She whimpered a bit and lied her head on her paws.

White Fang walked up to Aide. He gently nudged him on the side.

Aide didn't care for anything outside of the sky for a moment. He thought whatever was nudging him must be a pup trying to get him to play.

Shadow looked at the others in her pack, and sighed. She was wondering what she was going to do to feed this pack. She looked around, then she walked out of the den to the pack.

White Fang nudged Aide again. After he nudged Aide in the side, he sat next to Aide.

"Can't don't have the energy for it." Aide said laying back down. "I've eaten less then any of you so I need to rest up in case we move."
