i would like to ask IDS SENSEI and all the other members..... especially the high ranking ones if its ok to have squads? the chart of every squad would be like this.....
SENSEI:

MEMBERS:
we can have at least 5 to 6 squads..... is it ok? well..... im not forcing anyone to like this... after all this is only my sugestion.... sweatdrop it would be very nice to have one.....
