Which is the most awesome?
Creme Brouille? or Creme Caramel?
I say caramel because I like the flavour of caramel and custard combined!

Brouille for me.
I find caramel a little too rich.

brule is a custard dish that is often served in a little ramican (sp?) its a little cup thingy... any ways its a solidish custard that you put sugar on then torch it to melt the sugar over the top.
(when im on a hot date ill make these ahead of time and impress her with my skills)....she ussually eats then has to go do her hair or something...*sigh*

Erm... uh... I'll say that I like crème caramel, both because it's good, and 'cause I don't want to get into a huge debate over how it's spelled. <<; (It's crème brûlée, with the accents and whatnot, or just creme brulee, if you wanna be American about it)
