Setting: THe day before going to Hogwarts. Harry's 6th year, Ginny's 5th. It's off topic book so the whole Horcruxes thing doesn't need to be happening.. Ron, Hermione, Ginny and Harry are at the Burrow, and everyone else is at their own houses.
Ginny woke up in her slightly lumpy uncomfortable bed to the sound of Fred at her door. "Hey Gin get up, Mum made us breakfast and me, Ron, George, and Harry want to play some Quidditch before Mum makes you kiddies do all your packing!" "Mhhm. Fine I'll be down in a bit." Ginny said yawning and sitting up. She hopped out of her bed and walked over to her small wardrobe where she picked herself out a pair of jeans and a blue t-shirt. She walked down the stairs, sitting down at the vacant table. She suspected the boys were outside already and sure enough when she looked out the window they were chucking the quaffles at eachother, laughing hysterically. The Weasleys had many quidditch balls because almost all of their kids play or played quidditch. She snorted and grabbed a peice of toast, and then put on a zip up sweater and walked out the door out to the broomshed. She took her own Cleensweep and mounted, zooming towards then. "Hey guys are we going to play or are you just going to act like idiots for the rest of the day?" "Can't we do both?" George said chortling and Ginny just rolled her eyes. "Stupid Boys.." She grabbed the quaffle out of Fred's hands and glided upward for a minute. "Ok, Fred, George you guys play Chaser and Keeper, and Ron you keep and I'll chase.. And Harry you can just Seek. But the points wont go to either team but whoever is winning when you catch it wins.. Kay?" She smiled and zoomed of towards Fred who was keeping and soared one straight through with ease. Fred was still in a fit of laughter so she sigh. "Fred get a hold of yourself I want to play!" "Fine, fine."

{{Is it alright if I leave out Draco for a while? There's kind of no point in using him if he is alone at his mansion... ^^;}}
Ron, who was still half-asleep, flew clumsily over to the trees that were serving as rings. No matter how tired he was, Ron was always up for a game of quidditch. He tried pull together his thoughts enough to actually think up a strategy, failing miserably. Rubbing a tired hand over his face, he rubbed a hand over his face. Upon opening his eyes, he saw Fred and George laughing hysterically at him. Ron looked around and realized why they were making fun of him... he was at the wrong goals. He reddened, the tips of his ears glowing scarlet. Muttering to himself, he flew back to the other goals.

Hermione woke up to shouting and laughter from outside. She sat up and looked out the window as she rubbed the sleep from her eyes. As she had expected, the boys and Ginny were at a game of quidditch. She sat up and stretched for a bit. Since she had been up until three doing extra credit homework for Transfiguration she was still tired. She stumbled down to the kitchen to get some breakfast after pulling on some jeans, and a t-shirt.

Mrs. Weasley came through the kitchen and looked out the window and made a small "Hmf" She walked outside and yelled. "You all had better get in here and finish packing or I wont even let you go back! I told you not to leave packing late!" Ginny groaned. "Yes mum." She said dismounting. She hated getting yelled at by her mum. Specially around Harry. 'No! Don't think that. You're with Dean. No.'

Hermione looked at the door and saw the reactions of the boys and laughed. Hermione loved mornings, but she had to have a little time to wake up before she could really get going. Actually, morning was her favorite time of day because things seemed to be more peaceful. Maybe it was because everyone seemed to tired to be roudy.

Ron muttered bits and pieces of his large, colourful vocabulary as he dropped down and dismounted. Sighing, he placed his broom in the shed and trudged back to the burrow. I wonder if Hermione's up... he though absently. As if on reflex, his mind answered him. Why do you care? Ron just shook the thoughts from his head. He didn't fancy the idea of getting into a war with himself. Pushing open the door to the burrow, he walked inside.

There was a small pop heard in the next room and a purple-headed Nymphadora tonks bounced into the room, as she had been doing for the past several weeks for breakfast at the Weasleys. She loved to spy on the teens and see what they were up to. It was a breath of fresh air, seeing that she was only a few years out of teenhood herself. 'But I'm old enough to love of course,' she thought to herself, her mind's eye seeing a battered, partly-silver-haired, tired, sad, and yet happy at the same time, werewolf/ex-DADA teacher whilst grinning to herself. She had a very detailed mind's eye.

"Good morning Tonks. Did you sleep well?" Hermione smiled through another yawn. "I finished the extra credit for my classes. I know it was kind of last minute, but I was just having too much fun."

"I swear Hermione Granger, you are the only person I have ever known to use the words 'homework' and 'fun' in the same sentance except 'I had no fun doing my homework last night.'" Tonks said with a wry grin towards the frizzy-haired girl that she had grown so fond of over the years. "So I see we were up to some early-morning Quidditch?" she added, seeing the brooms. "Nice way to start the day, with a nice Bludger to the head."

"Hey Tonks." Ginny said coming into the kitchen. "Nah Fred and George are too good of beaters to let us get hit with the bludger." She told her about the remark about the bludger. "Wanna come help me and 'Mione pack? It'll be way faster with you around." She asked Tonks, hoping for a good answer because Tonks was overaged and could help pack with a flick of the wand.

"Sorry Ginny, but I've already packed. I did that after I finished the extra credit last night." Hermione poured herself some orange juice. "And Tonks, I didnt mean homework was fun. I meant I was having too much fun to do homework. Though the extra credit was fun."

"Oh goodness," Tonks said exasperatedly, looking at Hermione. "Who thinks extra credit is fun? Oh never mind...I'd love to help by the way Gin, but I'm just stopping for a few minutes, I've actually got an assignment this week at work!" she said excitedly. She had been getting a lot of crappy cases lately, and was incredibly happy to get out of the slump.
