I have been so effin depressed lately... I need a way to deal with myself and I just need to know if anyone else has anything that helps them gte through the day. Most days I just suck it up then cry myself to sleep but I need another outlet or just something... I need something...
Having my girlfriend around helps but when I'm not with her I often just feel really lonely...
I have a two friends that I enjoy being around but they have started dating so I never get to spend any time with them anymore...
Please help... You guys must think I'm really pathetic for whining all the time but like I just can't seem to cope anymore....

You guys must think I'm really pathetic for whining all the time but like I just can't seem to cope anymore.... *hug ness* well what gets me thru the day is the better of tomorrow like maybe something good will happen tomorrow and my day will be good or i just escape reality via anime , manga, or video games! thats what helps me get thru rough times knowing that it will pass is always good to know becuase it gives you hope for a better tomorrow and we all need that help! because with out hope i think we would have all commit sucide long ago and know that people love is always a good cheer up motive! or laughing at stuff like tv shows or funny things people post ! so cheer up ! because it makes me sad emo to see others sad emo im going to sing!!!! come on beee happy!!!!!! come on beeeeeee happy!!!!!

Hm. Usually being alone or spending time with the friends I've come out to makes me forget that I'm female. xD Or watching something like Spongebob on television, or some other show that makes you happy. Or listening to An Cafe. >>; Or going online, because who you are irl doesn't really affect your online life. -shrugashrug-

going online is definately something I use to cope... I lurk in these forums a lot, just looking more than anything... Its like my new home here. Pretty much the only place I feel I fit in at all.

Pretty much the only place I feel I fit in at all. x3 I lurk in teh forums alot as well...o-O...Sad thing is, is I lurk in the forums of my guilds! -.- And that's never exciting cuz if you get two new things in any guild in one day, business is BOOMING! heart I listen to alot of fairly up-beat music. o.o Rascal Flatts, Vertical Horizon, stuff like that. Other than that, I've found that talking to someone about it helps, too. It's even more effective if you're talking to someone who's going through the same thing...Because you can help eachother. It's an unbelievably fool-proof system, because it keeps both people away from severe depression, ya? -Huggles- We should talk on yahoo or msn some time, love. I think with what we're going through, we'd be a great help to eachother. ^^-

I'd like to talk to either one of you on instant messenger, partially because the people in thie guild are pretty much the only ones online who know I'm female, and almost no one in real life knows I'm male. sweatdrop

Running and spinning are great copeing ways. Personally I feel that if I'm moving and working with my body, it gives my brain a chance to relax, one moment in time that it doesn't have to dwell.... It doesn't have to be done in a gym with lots of people, either. Forests work biggrin

I do do Taekwondo and that does help me relive stress a lot... Kicking someone else really hard feels good...

I have the same problem, really. Every day I just feel like I'm never gonna transition, like maybe my parents are right and I'm sick, like I have no shot at ever improving... I have a therapist, but I feel like I have to hide even from her. I'm really scared about this... If anyone thinks they'd be able to help, I can be reached during the day at NIwuff on AIM.

I think really the only way for people like us to get by is try and not concentrate on our sexuality and consentrate on othehr things, whether they are stressfulll things or not and that ends up getting us through the day. Or at least it kinda woks for me.

That's just it, though... it creeps back no matter how I try to distract myself from it. If I didn't have dedicated loving friends, I don't think I would have survived at all thus far.

I know the feeling. It always happens to pop up at an inconvenient moment, but when I can I try and throw myself at it with all my effort. Just keep at this strategy and it helps a lot. It won't solve all your issues but it helps. I'm sure you can find a way if that doesnt work though... We are all in this together.
