Why are we abandoning TLM?!? gonk !
We're not. Shimi and I, as Vice Captain and Captain, decided a change was in order.
Ok, but why exactly are we moving?
There are many reasons. First, TLM has too many subforums. They weigh us down and make for a rule nightmare. Second, TLM has too many dead weight members and it would take an extortionate amount of time to ban them all (We know, we've tried before). Third, TLM has a ton and a half of threads that are pretty good but unused. And it would take FOREVER to go through and delete all these crap threads and make fresh ones. Finally, TLM seems to be winding down and when things like this happen, it's time to shake things up a bit.
What's changing?
Not much to be honest. We're getting a colour makeover, and the name has changed a bit. And (gasp!) I've killed the poll in every thread rule. That doesn't mean you can't make polls or anything, it's just not a requirement anymore. Other than that, I think you'll find many things you recognize lol.
Can I still post in TLM
I can't tell you not to. But we're moving everyone over here for a reason. We're not selling TLM because we want to be able to revisit those memorable threads that we can't move to the new joint. And we'll never sell it...no matter what gold is offered to us. You'll find the same faces and the same basic Guild here, only under a new name and with less subforums, so please be active here and not at the old TLM.
Where's my mule?
To keep things simple, we didn't invite mules. If you want your mule to be a member of TPL, send a join request stating that it's your mule and we'll accept them.
