The Kikai barrier had been cut again. And this time it was unable to be fixed. Needless to say every high level demon that could come through did. Yusuke and the others went to confront Kuwabara because he was the only one who could have cut the barrier. They found him dead. They were unable to investigate however, because they had to deal with the demons. 30 years have passed and the former Team Uramesi is dead. Their childeren however, are not. And they are trying to find a way to go back in time to before the barrier was cut and try to prevent what had happened.

Kasi walked down the street from school, sighing. Hopefully she could get home quickly before anyone caught up to her today. Lately she just didn't want to bother with anything. Not to mention she had to work later. At least it was close to the weekend, she always looked forward to it. Normally her mom suggested they do things, but this weekend she was actually free to do whatever she wanted! She smiled, and continued on her way home.

Sanoko walked down the street looking at the ground. She was thinking about some things. She was feeling a little lonely these past few days and this day was no different. She was sometimes lazy, but other times she worked; that's where she was going today to the pet shop to do a few things to earn a little cash.

Kasi looked up, and saw her house. She smiled, walking into the house, which she unlocked with her key. "Mom! I'm home!" She yelled, with no one answering. She shrugged, and dropped her bag at the door. She'd pick it up later. "Mom?" She asked, going into the kitchen. Instead of her mother, she found a note. It had explained that her parents had something to do, so would be home a little late. Kasi shrugged, "Odd..." She muttered to herself. Her parents rarely went out anywhere.
She grabbed a snack, and then decided to go into town and look around. She knew her father wouldn't mind, and maybe she could convince her mom that it was fine. She grabbed her keys, and went outside again, walking on the sidewalk and heading towards the middle of town.

Sanoko continued to walk down the sidewalk until she reached the pet shop. She walked in and began her duties. First she swept the floor and straightened up the items on the shelves. Then she cleaned out the cages and put fresh bedding in them. Once she was done with that she took out one of the puppies she liked out of it's cage. She sat down and began to play with it.

Kasi walked down the street, looking at all the store windows. She went into a couple, and wandered around, and then looked at the pet shop. "Aawww.." she smiled, and put her hand up to the puppies in the window. "So cute," she noticed the sign was open, and walked in, ringing the bell at the top of the door. "Oh, Sanoko?" She blinked, not knowing she worked here. Kasi had meet Sanoko on a few occasions, and saw her around at school.

"Hello Kasi." Sanoko said looking up from the puppy in her arms. She stood up and walked over to the puppy's cage and put her back. She walked over to Kasi.

"I didn't know you worked here," Kasi stated, looking around. "Do you enjoy it?" She asked, looking over at Sanoko. Kasi wondered if Sanoko had seen her parents around, after all they said they would be out, and the pet shop was in the middle of town. Kasi decided she wouldn't mention it, it probably wasn't worth getting worked up about.

"I only work here on occasion. I only work to get a little extra money." she said. "Yes I enjoy working here. I get to play with the pets when there is nothing else to clean and we don't have custermers." she said with a smile. "So what brings you in here?" she asked.

Kasi smiled, "That's great." She shrugged, "As for what brings me here, my parents are out. I know how mom can get about me wanting to go around town by myself, so I decided to go out while I could. I know dad won't mind." She looked around the shop, nothing in particular catching her eye. "It's rare they go out though...." She added, not entirely hiding the rare and small worry in her voice.

Kasi nodded, "You're probably right." She smiled back, and went over to look at the kittens. "So....how long do you have to work tonight?" Kasi asked, scratching a kitten under the chin.
