Unless you're talking about that one episode where Atobe and a couple of other people decided to crash in to Seigaku's welcome party for Tezuka, then I think that's somewhere around the "American Team" arc in the title where Tezuka comes back or something.

Your talking about the Band of Princes. It's an extra from the DVD Fan Disc EXTRA Remix Dream Session. If you want to watch it on youtube search Band of Princes. It's good even though it's only like 10 minutes.

If it's any help to anyone in the future. veoh.com has a lot of the episodes up to the Nationals (Ovas) except I'm not sure if they have twelve or thirteen yet.
Does anyone know where I can find the Prince of Tennis Movie? You know the animated one with Ryoga?

Look up what episode it is on wikipedia.
Search for prince of Tennis and go to the episode thing, which has a link to a complete list of all the eps and descriptions.
Then look it up on Veoh. [They have ALL the eps.]
