Horrorpunk and Psychobilly are two amazing genres, though. And they are equally loved by members of the deathrock scene. For the most part, anyway.

Since I'm relatively new to the genre, the majority of what I listen to is nondeath rock....but yeah, I listen to most of the bands listed above, as well as stuff like Bowie, the Stooges, Iggy, MF Doom, Morrissey, Al Green, Wu Tang, Clash, Richard Hell, Leonard Cohen, Iron Maiden, King Crimson, the Clash, The specials, ect.
So yeah. I'm a deathrock newb. emo
