I'll start:
Communism was a pretty good idea, involving equally, and the idea of no classes. Sadly this idea as a government has failed due to the fact that no one could run it correctly (Examples include the "USSR"(or "CCCP" in Russian)) If you have a government based on everyone being equal, it seems very silly to have one person as a dictator, it's a bit off an oximoron. However I feel that its original ideas could easily govern smaller things, just nothing as big as a government.
Your turn!
ok here we go, communism is still a very good idea but only if it's based on global communism around the whole world. Karl Marx already knew that when he came up with the idea of communism, Lenin although forgot that litlle detail and tried to force ppl to live to the idea of communism. this led to situations where some ppl are more equal than others, and of course, that does sound a bit absurd.
There are small communes which tried the idea of communism, but most of them failed to fit in the idea. It's true, most ppl aren't ready for such systems where egoism or egocentrism is as good as abandoned, and no competion is possible anymore. For competion is the 'fuel' for kapitalism, and with competion comes only a few winners, and lots of losers, making profit of the weak that is. actually is competion on the market another word for war because it has the same purpose and same barbarian way of handling things. communism would have been a great alternative, maybe even too great. for now it will remain an utopia, for the world isn't ready for this.
