Real Name: well...ok, it's Lia. But don't call me that on here! LOL
Age: 31
Marital status: I have been with my husband for 10+ years, but we've only been married for 4yrs. This is my second marriage, although the first doesn't count in my mind! LOL
Occupation: Asset Management. I work for a large company in this department. We have clients (other companies) that we manage their inventory (computing/networking/software, etc) for them. Keep their records and billing up to date, provide reports, etc...
I recently (last summer) moved from the Corporate building, to my home office. I am a full time teleworker. While this has it's convinces, I do get lonely and miss my co workers.
Location: Just outside our Nation's Capital - Ottawa, Ont. Canada. I live in a rural area. I am a country girl through and through!
Kids: I have 2 wonderful girls. Kimberly has just turned 12 and our baby, Kaitlyn is 2.5 yrs old.
Special Interests: Wow, I have so many interests I can't keep up and they are all varied. I am very eclectic I guess.
I enjoy playing on the computer. I like games- online and off. I like to play around with graphics and animations in Paint Shop Pro. I also like to take pictures and edit them on the computer.
Non-computer related, I do some paper crafts (quilling, scrapbooks and card making), I create scale miniatures and I like to try my hand at painting and drawing. Painting is Tole or decorative painting. I took a class but haven't made anything yet. XD
I have also recently gotten into Trash 2 Treasure furniture makeovers and have a few projects waiting for me in the shed! lol
I am trying to teach myself guitar. I was taking lessons, but they got too $$ when the baby came.
I like to try new healthy recipes and I was training to run 5k, but I have to get back to that!
Oh, and I read alot! I love to read.
One other note: Well, I think I said it all above. I'll post some pics...

I forgot! Pets! Can't forget our boyz... We have 2 cats. Zee Zee is the oldest, he is 18 and diabetic. We have to give him insulin shots every 12hrs. He is a big grey cat who was over 20 lbs before the diabetes. I've had him since he was 8 weeks old. Mortimer, we call him Morty or whatever suits at the time. He is about 4 I think. He is pure black and very michevious. We often call him "the jerk" cause, well he is! LOL But I love him and he has his affectionate moments. Munchkin (he looks like the Hostess Munckins), is our black pomeranian. He is 5 or 6, and I like to call him one of our cats. A very good dog. We have a budgie, Itchy. We had a pair, Ithcy and Scratchy, but Scratchy died last year suddenly. Fish! My husbands hobby. We have 4 tanks. A large one in the basement is only to house our pond fish in the winter. Upstairs we have 2 salt water tanks with lion fish, and I have my own little tank with dwarf puffer fish. The puffers are new and named Toopy and Binoo (anyone with young kids will get that one!) They are tiny but nosy little guys. They come right up to the glass to see you. Well that's all for now. I keep asking for more kittens, but Hubby says no! neutral I love animals, all animals. The Boyz...

moma65 Princess may I ask about your marriage: date and all....hug We have been together for 10 years, lived together most of those. We got married on Jan 25th, 2003. We booked a week at a resort in the wilderness (in the middle of winter mind you!) and got married right there in front of the fireplace in the dinning room. We had a beautiful suite with a huge jacuzzi, woodburning fireplace and balcony overlooking the (frozen) lake. Was a great time and we went horseback riding, dog sledding (that was fun!) and snowmobiling. It was so clold that year and lots of snow! biggrin
