I made a spell once for each fire, ice, and bolt magic, and then I made it outrageously strong. When I used them, there was a huge explosion. It was very funny. ^_^

I tried that spell once and my game froze. eek
Duuuude!!!! This one time I perm. summoned a WHOLE bunch of Winged Twilights. It was so awesome having all them follow me around everywhere. rofl The only problem was that transportation cost SOOOO much because of all the creatures following me. sweatdrop

ZOMG I remember that! rofl That was so silly!
I like having that spell of permanent summon creatures. But I think, if I were to do it now, I'd just do one creature at a time. sweatdrop
*wishes I could summon scribs* heart *or use the animal talk thing to get them to follow me to my house* heart

I find enchanted weapons more exciting than spells. But some spells are very handy. Like the constant effect spells. rofl

The only significant instance of spellmaking I can think of was when I went and made one spell of each school that did basically nothing, cost only one or two magicka, and had a practically-100% chance of succeeding... my "Practice" spells.
Oh, hush. It's not cheating any more than real-life drills!
