Favorite Game: never played Destiny, Rebirth, the World, Tempest, or Abyss... but I'd probably love them as much as the others; my FAVORITE is Tales of Symphonia
Favorite Weapons/Spells: I like all the swords, and Hellfire!

Favorite Levels/Bosses: all the summon spirit battles

Favorite Game: I haven't played any others, but... Tales of Symphonia. One of my favorite games ever.
Favorite Weapons/Spells: Swords, Hellfire of course, and I quite like Tempest.
Favorite Type of Fighter: I'd say anyone who uses a sword, as I'm better with that type of combat in games. Swing insanely, coordinated or not!
Favorite Levels/Bosses: Um... that one where we had to fight three spirits at once (although it might have just been one summon...)
Favorite Characters: Lloyd and Kratos
Favorite Pairings: None

Tempest Beast pwns Tempest
Whenever I was forced to play as Lloyd, I would just madly click up on the yellow thing to do the tempest beast move, over and over again - and I beat Mithos with the Hellfire attack

The original Tempest is an old favorite of mine, and was quite useful in the beginning (or middle, whatever) when we hat to fight the taller beasts. And yeah, I beat Mithos as Lloyd, but I don't even remember what attacks I used. I loved that game though, it had the perfect combination of being challenging, but not frustratingly so.

true, true - and I played as Zelos whenever I could; otherwise I would be Lloyd... Raine was just annoying to play as; as was Reg' - Genis was okay, Colette... I dunno, I just hate Colette; and if you could remember how to summon all the spirits with Sheena; she was really fun

I always played as Lloyd, but I would occassionally alternate between him, Zelos, and Cratos. I disliked playing as any other character, probably because the type of videogame combat I'm used to involves swinging some kind of sword or spear. I preferred to keep Raine around to heal us all, and though Zelos was good for that too, he was helping me with the fighting most of the time. I'm never observant enough while fighting to see if the others are getting low on life, so I usually just let the healers do as they please. I didn't like Colette as a person, but playing as her was okay, as she did have some kind of odd weapon I could use. Presea was fine too, although I remember her weapon to be a bit... disproportionate to her body, and being Regal was annoying, fighting only with kicks and hands that were cuffed together. I would have liked being Sheena better, but I could never remember how to use the Summon Spirits, though I always managed to win in those battles where you had to play as her. And Genis... just no. His weapon was an odd one that resembled a child's toy. He could be useful, just not when I was controlling him.

Yeah - I don't even know what Genis' thing was called - but it looked like a ball & cup game... but whatever. Presea was cool, but yeah, her halberd was a good bit heavier then her (but she could still lift it - even though Zelos couldn't). Presea rocks... so much; and yeah - if Zelos wasn't a great fighter, I'd probably have him on healing duty - but I am usually playing as him, and I don't really do well with "sit back and heal everybody else" - at one point, I figured out that you could use the yellow controller to force other characters to do things too - so I sometimes made Raine's healing moves on there if she wasn't being sufficient enough in the category on her own.

No way, I could have done that the whole time?! I don't know what's more shocking: the fact that I didn't realize it, or that I beat the game without it... And you know how rare it is that I beat a game. I put them all in a pile one day, and the ratio of the games I've beaten : gotten stuck on : am progressing somewhat well in was 1:2:4. There were twice as many games I was stuck in than those I've beaten, but on the brighter side there was twice as many that I was progressing in to those where I was stuck.

Yeah, I pretty much only did that for the battle with that dude in the volcano whose name I have long-since forgotten, but he was WAY back at the beginning of the game - before we even knew about Tethe'alla and we still thought that Ragsiel (sp?) guy was a good guy.

Favorite Type of Fighter: I always played the the offense, but I really liked the healing characters.
Favorite Levels/Bosses: Dist, and any of the Six God generals in Abyss
Favorite Characters: Zelos Wilder, Guy Cecile, Luke Fon Fabre, Yuan,
Favorite Pairings: Asch/Luke, Guy/Luke, Asch/Guy, Moses/Jay, Zelos/Lloyd, Zelos/Kratos, Genis/Mithos, Kratos/Lloyd (mm, incest.), Yuan/Kratos, Kratos/Yuan and Oh gosh i forgot his name
-he has green hair, and i think it starts with an 'N'. He 's at the Iselia human ranch...
