I think it was a Star Fox forum page i went on that had ideas of how the nun-chuck feature would work for the new SF game on the wii

There was a competition for ideas on http://arwinglanding.net which were sent to Nintendo for ideas how the nun chuck feature would interface w/ the game...

they were going to put back the original rail flying track feature from 64 back into the game with the wii's innovated controller since it has motion sensing.

allied sf members are supposed to talk through your controllers speaker to act as a communicator.

or the option of using the classic controler like they did for Zelda: Twilight Princess

I'll find more info on this related topic by going on Nintendo.com to see if they posted anything in the forums...

The problem is with stuff like that you do need to try it out before suggesting it. Which isn't exactly an easy thing to do in one sense. You need a good imagination to pretend your playing the game.

I cna do that but I would feel stupid though. redface

But it does sound rather intriguing.... especially if there is interaction like that similar to Zelda.
I'd like to see how you could control the arwing with the controller. It would be like flying it for real :3

Then again, it sounds more complex than it should be >>;

It's been tried before, using the nunchuck as a flight stick.

Get your hands on a copy of Blazing Angels, like I did. The nunchuck works perfectly to control an airplane, in Arcade or Realistic modes. It's got two triggers and a joystick, what more do you need? The joystick controlled thrust, so it could be boost/break/tilt for Star Fox. One trigger for lasers, one for bombs, I think everything is covered.
