Yes yes a new role play. Feel free to join one and all.
The plot: Yami and Yugi go to the same school, but have different status. Yami's popular, Yugi's a geek. A rumor starts up that Yami and Tea are an item...cause she's head cheerleader and Yugi gets mad at Yami. Yami doesn't understand why he would care about a stupid rumor so much...

The alarm clock started to buzz from the other side of the dueling duo's room, making the darker half sturr from his slumber.
"if it weren't for needing to go to school, i would send that obnoxious thing to that shadow realm."
yami muttered from under his blankets, wanting to go back to sleep. he had a long weekend, not to mention an unpleasent run in with tea the other day, he'd rather forget. stupid party and drunk girls thinking they could flirt their way into his pants. it made him sick really, though it didn't help that he had no intrest in anyone of the female gender to start with.
Yami grumbled once again, ignoring the alarm clock from his resting place on the top bunk. it would shut up eventually. it always did.

Yugi was still sleeping even after the alarm clock went off. Sometimes he just had this habit or perhaps an ability to ignore it whenever he didn't want to wake up. He snuggled down more into his blankets and continued to sleep.

after a few minutes, yami couldn't take the buzzing anymore and jumped off the bunk he was on. hed gotten yelled at before by yugi about doing that, but yugi seemed to be asleep, and he was too tired to really care. he turned off the clock before he walked over to yugis bottom bunk and plopped himself down and put his tired head on yugis sleeping form.
"yug, its time to get up."
he grumbled, joeys nickname seeming to rub off on him now.

Yugi mumbled as he felt that extra weight on his body. Mmmmmm Yami was being close to him he liked that -alot.

Yami drapped his arms around yugi lightly, lazy like.
"come on, if we don't get up now, we will have to contend with grandpas lecture about late nights out and game playing. We didn't really get to bed till late. though, you didn't have to wait for me to get home from the party, you know."
he muttered as he sat back up and streached.
"come on aibou."

he muttered turning to yugi once again, and tickling him like he had to do every now and then when yugi was being stuborn. for once he was the one that needed to wake yugi up, and not the other way around.

A test? He groaned and rolled over trying to avoid being tickled but it didn't really work out too well.
I didn't....study...
He laughed a bit and then he pushed Yami away.
Let's skip school.

he asked as he flopped back down onto yugi once again.

he nudge, the idea of skipping school seemed really nice.

I think he left this morning for a thing with Professor Hopkins on Egypt so we're home alone...
After all if Grandpa had been home, he would've been on their cases already to get up. Hesitantly, Yugi wrapped his arms about Yami and then opened one eye.
So we can stay home if we really wanted to.

yami said, joking a bit as he relaxed on yugis side, starting to drift off a bit, blushing lightly when he felt yugis arms around him. after all, he liked yugi, he was just too afraid to tell him. hed rather yugi remain clueless then run the risk of yugi hating him for feeling uncomfortable because of his feelings. after all, a male going out with another male was wrong.

Mmmmm. I'm sure we can make up a good excuse.
Of course at the moment Yugi could think of several good excuses. He would've liked to have told the other his feelings but he was too afraid of what he might say. It was a hard thing to remember to stay at a distance from the other when all he wanted was to be close to him. He sighed a bit and opened his eyes.
I don't think Grandpa will mind after all you were out late.
He pouted a bit.
I wish I had been invited to the party too but I guess I'm jsut not as popular as you are.

he muttered as he finally sat up a bit.
"i didn't know you weren't invited. i went right from joeys house. i thought you were comming to. i was kind of irritated went i found out that you weren't invited."
he then got up and got ready to climb the ladder back up to his bunck. he needed to remember to keep some distance from yugi or else he wouldn't really think about what he was doing and then do something he would later regreat.
"it wasn't that fun anyway. bunch of drunk girls with nothing better to do but to pester me. especally tea."
he had had his run-ins with her and a few times she managed to catch him off gaurd. thankfully no one was around, but last night was a different question all together. though, he wasn't really worried. even if rumors started about them, it wouldn't make them real, just annoying.
'damn whore...'
he thought as he shook his head.

He sat up and blinked as he looked down at Yami. Go figure he would miss the party with all the drunk people...maybe if he had been there...and drunk....things might have happened.
Who was there anyway? Anyone I'd care about? Besides you?
