Amanonuhoko: The legendary heavenly spear, said to be created by the gods just like Kusanagi is rumored to be.
Horun no Kawa no Kami: The horn of the river god, given to the leader of the Toushi clan. It is covered with scrolls that allow it to be used as a source of water for all suiton.

Raiton: Raiuzu no jutsu (lightning swirl technique):
A technique using the lightning element. After performing a set of seals, lightning will begin to swirl around the body of the ninja. It continue its swirl, traveling upwards over his head and once it has cleared his body it will begin to corkscrew towards his opponent. While it is swirling around the nin's body it can be used to block incoming attacks.
Raiton: Airakurai no jutsu (Double lightning bolt technique):
A technique using the lightning element. After performing a series of seals, a lightning bolt will appear on both the left and right sides of the nin. They will then both fly towards his target.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. The Mizu Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu it wishes.
Baku Suikugi no Jutsu (Exploding Water Nails Technique): A ninjutsu using the water element. After performing the needed hand seals, the user can make nails explode from any body of water such as a stream, river, lake or Mizu Bunshin. The size and strength of the nails depends on the size of the water source and strength of the user.
Daibakufu no Jutsu (Grand Waterfall Technique)-Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.
Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique)- Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Mist ninja. The ninja causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target.
Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique): Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement.
Suigadan (Water Fang Projectile)-Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill
Suijinheki (Water Encampment Wall)- Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals and the proceeds to call out a jet of water from the Horun no Kawa no Kami to act as a water barrier from incoming attack
Suishouha (Water Collision Destruction)-Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals which then causes a large volume of water to materialize out of nowhere. The water can then be directed at their target.
Suishime no Jutsu (Water binding technique): A ninjutsu that uses the water element. Uses water that is under or near a target to form ropes that bind an opponent. Kage level nin can turn ropes into a bubble that encases the opponent once they are caught.

Denjiba (Electromangnetic Field)- The Bosabosa, his kekkai genkai, allows him to use the Denjiba. It is a field of low level chakra and bio-electricity that blankets the area, allowing the user to know the position and movement of everything in the field, including chakra movement. The chakra bounces off objects like sonar and reacts to everything in a different way. Advanced nin can use this to tell the difference between objects and what is real from what isn't. The stronger the ninja the larger the area. Within the first 20-40 feet, depending on the skill of user, the chakra can be pushed against objects making it slightly difficult for opponents to move or strengthing the taijutsu attacks of the Toushi clan member.
Taisei no Hotei no Jutsu (stance of Hotei)- Created by a Toushi medical nin long ago and mamed after the Shinto god of good health. The ninja performs hand seals and uses the chakra from the denjiba to close their wounds enough to continue fighting or reach medical aid. Can only be done once in a 24 hr period, attempts to do it more often result in failure or death.

Karaiken (Cyclonic thunder-storm fist)- A ranked jutsu Hideaki's greatest jutsu. Chakra will begin to spin around the arm of the user at such a high speed that spinning wind is visible. Next lighting begins to crackle and dance around their fist. When his fist makes contact with something the air will envelope the object in a funnel of air spinning clockwise while releasing the lighting inside of the cyclone to ravish the target.
Shin'yuu no Jutsu (Heavenly Protection Technique): A barrier ninjutsu. The ninja performs handseals and then focuses his chakra into a dome shape that is unbreakable. The dome holds as long as the ninja is present, conscious, and doesn't try to attack.

Tsukisasu no Jutsu (Fatal Stab Technique)- A sojutsu (spear technique) in which the Amanonuhoko is thrust forward, point first. The spear will extend towards the object, moving faster as it grows, so it can pierce through the target at a great distance.

Yomobatsu no Jutsu (Attack from Every Direction Technique): A genjutsu that suddenly makes the target see themself surround by the user in every direction, including up. All the versions of the user will then attack at the same time, leaving no room to dodge and no way for the target to know which attack to block. One of the many nin who attacks will be the real person who cast the genjutsu
Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu (Mist Servant Technique): Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu techinque that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.
Mizuzeme no Jutsu (Water Torture Technique)- A genjutsu that forces the target to see themselves strapped to a table, with drops of water repeatedly falling onto their forehead, inside of an empty dark room. Immobilizes the opponent while they are driven insane or attacked again.
Oborejinu no Jutsu (Drowning Technique): A genjutsu that makes the user see himself in the ocean with weights tied to his hands and feet preventing him from swimming
Taijutsu
Kyoufuu no Jutsu (Raging Wind Technique)- Long Range Taijutsu attack where user thrust out his fist and sends out a gust of wind that combines with the chakra floating within the Denjiba to hit the opponent.
Tokkan no Jutsu (Lightning Attack Technique)-Short Range Taijutsu attack where the user uses the Denjiba to push himself towards the enemy, closing the gap at amazing speed. Then he wraps his hands in the chakra and bio-electricity of the Denjiba, using it to repeatedly hit the opponent sending up to 2,000 volts of current through their body causing extreme pain, respiratory arrest, and severe muscular contractions that don't allow the opponent to move until the attack is done. If the attack is done at full strength the ability to use the Denjiba to "see" is not availible until the attack is over.
Kuchiyose no Jutsu
Kuchiyose no Jutsu, Kappa- Bites thumb, performs hand seals and slams hand into the ground calling forth a Manda (Monsterous japanese water imps).
Kuchiyose no Jutsu, Amanonuhoko (Heavenly Spear)- Performs hand seals and calls forth the Legendary Spear that was used to form the islands of Japan.
Kuchiyose: Kirikaesu no Jutsu (Summoning: Strike Back Technique)-Hideaki performs a series of handseals and nine small water demons appear around his target. The demons then sink their fangs and claws inside of the object.
Taijutsu Style
Kazeken ryu of Keiiken: Keiiken is a soft style that uses chakra to add some sort of after effect to its physical attacks. The Kazeken Ryu is a school of Keiiken that can only be performed by the Toushi clan. They use the chakra that fills their denjiba to increase the speed of their attacks and to attack the muscles of the opponent causing them to cramp, spasm, or rip.
Background/History: From an early age Razne was given the most stringent training possible, due to the fact that he was to follow his father as leader of the Toushi clan and in hopes that he could one day rise to the position of Mizukage like his ancestor. Some people began to worry when he picked up the habit of spitting out phrases that were meant to sound deep but nobody had any idea what they truly meant. But when he mastered the Kazeken ryuu of taijutsu and his talents in combat and strategy were made evident all worries ceased to exist. Now that he has become leader of his clan he has been granted usage of the Amanonuhoko, a mythical spear from ancient times, and the Horun no Kawa no Kami (Horn of the River god), a horn with seals coating the inside that allow it to create water for the bearer to use.
His pet dragon named kiriryuuza who has ultimate power over Ice and water. Also when it flaps its wings freezing air is produced and when done with full force can cuase snow to appear when it flys. Its mouth breaths ice not fire and it can fly up to 200mph.
