Human mythology is filled with all sorts of creatures, some good, like firies, angels, nymphs, and mermaids, others bad, such as demons, warlocks, vampires, trolls ect. But these stories were dismissed as pure myth, until humankind began to explore the stars. Then, they came across two inhabited worlds, Edenshire, and Devourus. The peoples on these worlds still remembered visiting earth in the distant past, and Humankind remembered their visits. What neither the inhabitants of Edenshire or Devourus had suapected, however, was the existence of the other. Each had assumed the other was native to Earth. Now, the three worlds are beginning to interact again. Earth and Edenshire are getting along fine, but nobody knows what role Devourus will play, as the planet is constantly torn by civil war, and there really is no central government there.
The three worlds.
Edenshire: The legendary Garden of Eden, it is a beautiful planet, full of lush greenery and calm blue waters. This is the home of the "good" creatures in human mythology, and they live in perfect harmony with thier world. Few deny that this planet is paradise.
Devourus: This is a hellish world, torn apart by constant quakes and volcanic eruptions. Storms are ferocious, and so are the creatures here. This world is home to the monsters, who constantly fight each other for dominance. Most visitors do not last long here.
Earth. The home of the Human race, a people who have some no natural ablilities. They rely instead on techknowledgy, and it is they who reunited the three worlds. This is the world where, at one time, both Edenshire and Devorus had contact with, but both had withdrawn from. It is generally agreed the warfare on Devourus caused trips to Earth to be abandoned, but the reason for Edenshires withdraw is not clear. Now, it is again serving as the link between the three worlds, though Devorus rarely takes part in the meetings, and when it does, they are generally disruptive.

Profile.
Character name: Dark Lord Pheonix. World of origin. Devourus Race: Demon, or possesed human. Role. Feudal Demon Lord
Powers sad If applicable) Can concentrate demonic energy into various forms, such as beams, bombs, explosions, and barriers. He can also change into his Demon form, a giant bird of fire.
Bio(Optional) He was one of many Devourians to visit Earth in the past. He was killed there, and his soul took over a human body. He remains in that body to this day. Because of this, he is one of the few on Devourus who will have anything to do with visitors from the other two worlds.
RULES.
1: Humans have no powers to start out. You can learn magic later on, but at first, no powers. Techknowledgy is encouraged.
2: Devourians have very little techknowledgy at first. It is a very primitive world.
3: Residents of Edenshire have no weapons at first, as there is no need for them on this planet.
4: As you may have noticed, all the above rules say "at first." As the three worlds begin to mingle, they will pretty much become irrelavent.
5: Do I have to say it? NO GODDMODDING! You can be strong, but not invulnerable.
Ok. thats it. Lets have fun, shall we?

((Well I suppose it's ladies first, so I'll start off the actual roleplaying. But we still need a represenative for Edenshire.))
*Kelina sat in her room aboard the Envoy, headed for Devourus. She didn't like what she had heard so far about this world, intruders were usually killed on site. Her first mission was to visit Dark Lord Pheonix, her second was to make contact with the Vampire Coven. She sighed again and wished she wasn't here.*
*The dorrbell chimed, and she looked up disinterestedly.* Come in. *The door opened and a man in his early thities came in.* Miss, we are approaching Devourus. A shuttle will be ready to take you down in a couple of hours. *She sighed again.* Ok. Thank you for telling me.
*The man didn't leave.* Um, miss, if I may? You seem to be spending way to much time in here. You've hardly left your room for the entire journey. Why don't you get out and socialize a little? *She half snorted, half laughed.* The crew isn't interested in fraternizing with me, and if I don't leave my room, I don't have to put up with that look of hate and fear they give me when they think nobody's looking, or the gossip whisered behind my back. *She sighed yet again.* Not that I can blame them, considering what I am. But still, I'd rather avoid socializing as much as possible.
*The man grimanced a little.* I see. Well, the shuttle launches in a few hours. I'll accompany you to the surface. *He left without another word. She sighed again, and pulled out a bottle of inebriatted blood. Vampires weren't affected by alchohol alone, but if they drank from an intoxicated person, they could become drunk. Right now, that was exactly what she needed. She would be sober enough by the time she had to go down to the surface, but for right now, she fully intended to drink away her problems. Not a very healthy habit, for humans or vampires, but one she had picked up nonetheless.*

*Pheonix was in his throne room looking over a map, when a messanger came in.* Dir, the delagation from Earth is here. They wish to speak with you at once. *Pheonix sighed.* All right, but tell them to make it quick. I have to plan the upcoming offensive against the warlocks to the west, and I really don't have time for this. *He sat down and prepared to recieve his guests.*

*The shuttle landed outside the midevil castle that Pheonix lived in with a jarring bump.* Kelina winced and rubbed her temples. She was sober, but had a bit of a hangover, though it was quickly fading. Another five minutes and she'd be fine. But that was in another five minutes. Right now, she had a splitting headache. Still, she entered the castle. Pheonix had sent word that he would see them, but it would have to be a short meeting. She had no idea what that meant, but a short meeeting on this world was actually short. If they were here half an hour, she'd be surprised. Still rubbing her head, she was ushered into the throne room.*

Shadow-blight swept his arm out wide as a goblin rushed him and his sword was pushed aside. Shadow(not gonna right blight every time lol) spun his sword around and impaled the goblin he was facing as his troops finally vanquished the last intruder. "Captain. Send out the red gaurd, have them annihilate every goblinoid within my borders." Smiling wickedly Shadow-blight walks calmly back toward his castle.

*Pheonix sat on his throne and looked at the Earth Delagation.* Try to hurry this up, I have a war to start today. What do you people want? *The impatience was clear in his voice, apparently, the campaign he was planning against the warlocks was more important to him than good relations with some far off world.*

*Kelina shook off the remaining effects of the alchohol and started.* We are here to negotiate with the people of your world, in hopes of establishing peacful relations...
*Pheonix interrupted her.* Well, youre going to have to wait a while, cause it's not my world just yet. I'll be sure to contact you once I've conquered everyone else, though.
*Kelina shook her head.* Thats not exactly what I meant.
*Pheonix seemed to be losing patience.* Well, what did you mean? Will you cut the crap and get to the point. In the words of some guy named Napoleon on your planet, I have a world to conquer.
*Kelina could feel her headache returning, without the help of any alchohol.* We want to establish peacful relations between Earth and Devourus.
*Pheonix snorted.* Good luck. The way I hear it, most of the time you get killed on sight when you come here. I'm one of the few... *This time, he was the one interrupted, but not by Kelina. A messenger rushed in and blurted out.* We've been invaded by the goblins on the eastern front.
*Kelina was impressed. She had no idea humans could run that fast. She turned and ran towards the shuttle as well, but before she got there, they slammed the door shut and took off. Leaving her on this hellish world. She knew it was no accident, they had diliberatly abandoned her.*
*Pheonix came out of the castle a few moments later.* Gather all the troops we still have over there and... *he noticed Kelina standing there.* Hey what are you still doing here?
*Kelina sighed.* Theres something I have to tell you. I was chosen to lead this delagation because I'm a Vampire, and they thought I might have better luck than ordinary humans. Unfortunantly, the rest of the delagation wasn't too thrilled to have me along, so when it came time to retreat, they just left me behind. More than likely they'll leave orbit in a few mintues.
*Pheonix drank all this in calmly for a moment, then exploded.* You mean they stuck me with taking care of you beacuse you're one of us? I will not tolerate this. If they want to esatblish peacful relations, they're going to have to do better than that. *With a flash of Demonic energy, he dissapeared. A few moments later, there was a giant firball in the sky. Then Pheonix reappeared.* I've destroyed their ship. That ought to teach them to treat us with respect. Now, you just stay here while I deal with these goblins.
*Kelina just covered her eyes and held her head in her hands. So far, all she had manged to do was get her transport and everyone on it killed. Her carreer as a negotiatior was not off to a good start.*

*After a rather short battle, the issue had finally been hammered out. The goblins were fleeing from vampire held territory, and trying to cut through Pheonix's to aviod patrols set along the border. Shadow's orders had been to kill every goblin within his borders, and that meant not letting them escape back into their own. Under an escort of demons, the rest of the goblins passed the border on the demon side, and then returned to their own. Except for the leader, who wanted to talk about a peace traety. "Why the hell does everyone want to talk peace all of a sudden? All right, lets go. I've got a vampire from Earth hiding at my castle, maybe she can be some help in comeing to an agreement. *Pheonix wasn't the negotiating type, but the earth vampress was, so he'd put her to the negotiating.*

*Kelina was fairly pleased with herself. She'd just managed to negotiate thpossibly the first peace treaty on the face of Devouros, between Pheonix and the Goblins. It basically set the border where it was, and agrreed that neither side would cross it for expansion purposes.* Well, now that thats done, I think we should expand on this. Would you mind if I went to see this vampire lord? He may listen to me, seeing how I'm... well... you know. Since you're planning on that big campaighn in the west, it would be inconvienient to have to worry about any problems with the vampires from the East. *She hoped he would agree. If she could secure another peace, it just might make up for the loss of an entire transport.*

*Pheonix scowled.* No way. I refuse to send them a present along with a message of peace they probably won't go for.
*Kelina looked confused.* Huh? What are you talking about?
*Pheonix frowned. It should be quite obvious what he was saying. Then he remembered the information package they had delivered on thier first visit.* Wait a second. Let me check on something. *He grabbed the information package and accessed the information inside it.* Ah, now I get it. A few years ago, it seems you changed your minds about women. Instead of telling them to stay at home and raise children, you made them equal to the men. I guess that explains why you're confused.
*Kelina looked at him incredulkously.* That was over three hundred years ago! That may just be a few years to you, but its severl generation to us. *Then the obvious hit her. The few people on tis planet that had visited Earth had all left before that change had occurred. It was in the information package they sent to help other cultures learn about earth, but most people here had killed the contact groups on sight, meaning none of them would know about that. Pheonix hadn't know either, he'd had to look it up.* Oh, I see. You all left before that, didn't you?
*Pheonix nodded.* Yes, which means if you go to this Vampitre lord, you'll be recieved in one of two ways. He'll either be insulted that anyone would send a woman to negotiate, or he'll think someone is sending him a present to deliver a message. Looking at you, I can tell its likely to be the latter.*
*Kelina sighed.* Yes I see your point. Negotiating a peace may be a little harder than I thought.
*Pheonix nodded again.* The best thing for you to do is stay here until the people on earth start to wonder what happned to the transport, and send somebody to investigate. Since humans are naturally curious, they'll come sooner or later, danger or not. You can leave then. *He dissapered into the depths of the castle, leaving her with some rather disturbing thoughts.*

*She ran things over in her head for nearly an hour. The prospect of dealing with people who had an extremly outdated idea about women and their place wan't apealing in the least. Then again, sitting around here doing nothing wasn't high on the list either. Finally, she decided to risk it.* Even if they don't buy the idea of women as equals, mybe I can still get something done. If nothing else, I still have my femminine charm. Even so, I can't wait to get back to Earth, where this kind of thing is ancient history. *She quietly left the castle and headed for Vampire territory.*
*Unbeknownst to Kelina, Pheonix was watching the whole thing. He summoned a shadow demon.* I want you to follow her, and if necessary, rescue her. *The demons voice betrayed its shock.* Why are you so concerned about that infected girl from Earth?
*Pheonix smirked and held up the infopack.* Tell me, did you notice any of the humans carryig swords? Or bows? I didn't, and I can assure you, even they are not stupid enough to come here unarmed. So where were their weapons? *He called up the information.* They no longer need those wepons, because they have developed better ones. Their main handheld wepon is something called a gun, which can kill an enemy so far away that they have to have help to see what their shooting at. On a larger scale, they have something called missiles, which have an incredible range. A missle could be shot from this castle, and hit the ogers territory. As you know, thats quite a distance. *He paused to let this sink in.*
They tell us about thse weapons, but not how to make them. To get them, we need them to have a reason to give them to us. Protecting that girl is a good start. Our conquest of this world will be much easier once we have the human weapons, and that girl is the key to getting them. So go after her and make sure she doesn't get herself killed. *The demon went after Kelina, finally understanding what was so important about her.*
