First I would write down what you are eating, or have a weight journal (do not know if you do already). Often times, writing down everything you eat and drink can show you how much you are eating and will help keep you aware of it.
There are several things to get more exercise. Do you have gym near you? Is there places you can walk to without having to drive? I would also suggest the exercise subform, there are some helpful posts in there as well.
Good luck. smile

Why are you eating? are you hungry or just eat out of boredom? If you feel hungry, try drinking water instead. Drinking a glass of ice cold water makes you feel full, plus Ive heard it burns about 30 calories.

I'll make the most of all the sadness...
I have trouble eating out of boredom, or just because the food looks plain yummy lol.
I found that chewing sugar-free gum through-out the day really helps. Since I'm chewing, I don't feel the need for food....don't know if this helps for others, I could just be strange lol!
You'll be a b***h because you can.

I am the same way as you... and I'm still fighting it, but what I finds works is if I use mouthwash when I'm craving something I right then lose my craving because food tastes bad after you use that stuff lol.

First bit of advice: walk away from the food and do something else. "Hunger" actually has a really short attention span, and it's easy to trick. Go for a walk, call a friend on the phone, go read a book, do homework, do anything that's going to get your mind off food.
If after 15 minutes you find you're still hungry, grab something healthy to eat like fruit. It might not stop you from craving, but at least it should stop you from being hungry and you're eating a healthy alternative.
Once in a while, treat yourself. But don't over indulge. Work on building up your self-control and discipline.
