i cant effin wait for the next album!!!
am so excited to know what went on with coheed and cambria before the trimage messed up with their lives...2 albums more!!!! but i still cant believe that after those 2...the whole story is over...whoa..
wait up... is there any conection between the whole coheed story and the prize fighter inferno's blood machine? i feel that there is but i might be wrong...to all: i'am not concluding here..
xp PFI is about Jesse, so yeah there's most definitely a connection.
I've looked up the story for PFI, but Jesse has nothing to do with it...yet. I'm guessing one of the charaters in PFI is going to end up being the scientist that created the IRO-bots.
Was it an official story thing? I've heard from COUNTLESS people that PFI was about Jesse. Especially seeign as it's called "Prize fighter

That is true, so I'm thinking Jesse shows up a bit later. The version I read was reportedly from Claudio (but don't quote me on this, just in case).
Basically, it starts off in a Romeo & Juliet style romance (with fighting families and all that) where the girl has an abusive father. The girl, Cicelia, ends up deciding to kill her father and run off with her boyfriend and little brothers. After killing her father while he's in the shower she goes to meet up with her boyfriend at the Margretville dance, but he chickens out. So she runs off with only her brothers. They take refuge with the Bleam family (made up of a mother and the two sons, Long-Arm and Butchie). It's not very descript from that point on, but basically Mama Bleam builds a "Blood Machine" and tells her sons to find people to put in it, saying it sends the person's soul to heaven. In reality it just tears the body to pieces (happy thoughts, everyone!).
It doesn't really have anything to do with Jesse...yet, but I think one of the little brothers ends up being the scientist who creates the first IRO-Bots (Jesse, and of course Coheed and Cambria) or the Blood Machine is somehow modified to create IRO-bots. Just some early guesses. I do agree with you that it does have something to do with Jesse, but it doesn't mention anything about him in the songs of the first CD. That's why I think he doesn't come in until later.
