About: Todd was born on September 19th, 1991, and has pretty much lived a normal life of going to school, making good grades, and living life like a normal kid should. He's slightly smarter (and shorter) than the other kids his age, so he tends to get picked on every once in a while (though he ignores it). He's happy and cheery most of the time, so he is a person who can lighten up a room if needed. You wouldn't call Todd a good leader of a group, since he's afraid he'll screw up somehow, but you can count on him if you ever need any help or advice. Todd also specializes in speed, rather in power.
Appearance: Todd is white skinned, and as I stated in his bio, short for his age. He has reddish-brown hair that is cut short, and just lays flat on his head. He wears his Leaf Village Headband around his forehead, like the normal ninja. He wears a dark green shirt that looks a little bit like Sasuke's, but instead of a Uchiha Clan symbol on the back it has a light blue tornado. The light blue torndado is the Shikkaku Clan symbol. Todd wears khaki shorts that go down to his knees, with his scroll/shuriken pouch on his left side, his kunai pouch attached to his right leg. Then he wears the blue ninja sandals, just like most other ninja.
Jutsu: 1. Transformation Jutsu- Self-explanatory.
2. Clone Jutsu- Self-explanatory.
3. Substitution Jutsu- Let's Todd switch places with something, (usually a tree bark) and let that take the hit he was about to receive.
4. Shikkaku Tornado Jutsu- The Shikkaku Clan Kekkei Genkai. It summons a tornado by spinning the surrounding air. He can also control the tornado, but he has to stay in the same spot where he summoned the tornado and he can only move his arms and his head while controlling it. This is the strongest part of the kekkei genkai.
5. Lightspeed Jutsu- It lets Todd move at really fast speeds to confuse his opponent. The longer he uses it, the more chakra it consumes, so he tries to refrain from using it in long periods of time.
6. Wind Shuriken Jutsu- A jutsu where Todd spins wind around into his hands, forming it into a shuriken. The bigger the circle his hands make, the bigger the shuriken, but the more chakra it consumes.
7. Wind Summoning Jutsu- Todd takes a scroll from his scroll pouch, does the necessary hand signs, and it lets him summon wind in any situation needed. Perfect for using his kekkei genkai shortly afterwards.
8. Wind Walk Jutsu- Part of the Shikkaku Clan Kekkei Genkai. It enables Todd to literally walk onto the air without using handsigns. His current limit in the air is 10 seconds. He could go farther, but he only uses 10 seconds for precautions.
