All of the later fights with Akabane (cause anything missed with him is sad)
as well as many of the fights from the 'Mr. Satin' arc...all the fights are drawn so well in the comics that it's hard to say which ones I wouldn't want to see.

Out of curiousity I'd like to see Ban and Ginji fight. To see who would kick whos butt. However they only faked fighting once or twice. cry

I really want to see Ban and Shido fight...at the begining of the series they are like trying to show each other who's the best. it's going to be a good fight between the jagan eyed Ban vs. the beast master.

I would like to see how Ban took down Ginji when he was in Lightning Emperor mode.
Shido versus Kazuki would be nice.
Jyubei and Emishi is another one.
