Ahoi!
I noticed how people throw random comments about what's going on in their lives and other stuff between the games, so I thought we might also want to have a chatterbox here. So to talk about anything that interests you at the moment, what is happening around you or what you would just simply like to share, there's a place for it now.
I hope this casts some more life to this guild!

I can start this by complaining about German bureaucracy. wink I just moved to Germany and wanted to get an apartment, naturally. As Germany is known for complicated bureaucracy, it took me a whole month to get all the papers I needed for this apartment, cause each time I went to this office thing to hand in the papers they had asked for, they figured out there is also this and that paper that they need still. Horrible work! I almost lost my nerves there.
But oh well, I finally got the apartment, but I'm still dwelling at a friend's place cause we have to renovate the apartment first. wink

Ooh, a chatterbox! Good idea... I feel so silly for never having noticed that this was here. Anyway... I don't know much about German bureaucracy, but I think that my cousin is trying to move to the US, and it's apparently pretty hard to get in. There's a lottery... or something... I think.

Yeah, there's currently some lottery going on concerning green cards...
@Shinrin: Yes, German bureaucracy is awful. Even worse. Currently there're lots of discussions concerning the GEZ (If you moved to Germany and have not read anything about GEZ yet, do so very quickly ninja ) I hope the people at the offices were at least nice to you ^,^~

Yeah, the US is also hard. But there is a green card lottery every year, I think. A friend of mine got a job from the US for a fixed time, and everything was fine until they decided my friend won't get a visa there, cause he "wouldn't have connections to Germany anymore"... confused Well, it seems that the facts that he has a daughter here and that the job was only for a year or so weren't good enough reasons to come back to Germany... gonk
And we finally got through the German bureaucracy! Hurray! But yeah, I have to read about GEZ, cause I haven't. Been so busy renovating now that I have no clue what's happening out there. biggrin

And we finally have Internet access in our new apartment. smile Hooray! So I'll prolly be a bit more active again (at least after I return home from Finland this Friday).
But I have to admit that during the time we had no Internet access I noticed I'm an addict and can't live without the Internet. sweatdrop

Oh, yes, I'm most definitely addicted to the internet. If I didn't have it... who knows what would happen.
But as far as I can tell, this guild is nearly dead... ;___;

Aww, I took my cat from Finland to Germany on the plane (in the cabin with me, though), to our new home here, and she seems to be shocked still. sad I feel so sorry for her. I hope she recovers soon. confused

... x'D That's a lot of sad faces in your post.
Aw... I hope your cat gets better soon. I don't have any pets, other than a few fish, so I wouldn't know what it's like. Oh! But I was flying home the other day, and I saw a lady with this special carry-on bag thing, with this tiny dog inside. It was so cute!

well since i moved out with my parents i dont have internet. its about 7 months ago and to be honest i dont really miss it. after some months i got the computer from my boyfriend and the only thing i do on it is occasionally playing sims 2 and puttingsome muzic on it to move it on my mobile. that's it.
the only time im on internet is at my parents place, when im at my boyfriend or at work. but im all day behind the computer at work so im pretty much happy when i can leave it.
so im only online here very rarely.....or every sunday when im at my boyfriends place and he is playing world of warcraft.

Wow, I can't imagine what I would do if I had no internet. D: But I suppose that if I was at the computer all day, I might start to get sick of it. x'D

I couldn't live without Internet either. razz The few days without Internet after we moved were horrible enough. xd
And yay, my little kitty cat is doing better again. smile
Happy Easter everyone! (no offense to those who don't celebrate Easter... then I would just say Happy Holidays those who have them!) smile
