Well, I don't think there's a word specifically for holding your breath underwater but lacking confidence in water is called aquaphobia.

I did some research, and seems like the phobia of being alone is called "Monophobia"
Although I'm not very convinced of this sweatdrop Looks like it is not very well accepted in the Medical community, or that it is taken as part of a depression or neurosis...

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but the word "fear" could be taken as an umbrella term implying a "lack of confidence in" something.
If that's correct, than T3hEbilBani's reply would be correct.

My favorite phobia:
Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia
If you know what that is then tell everyone else!
I think the meaning is hilarious when you look at the word!

O.K. Thanks, maybe its hidden on the list somewhere obscure.
Does anyone know the word for "A person who is willingly mute"? I know it exists, because I read about it in a book I borrowed, but I can't remember the word.
