Quiet here... *makes some noise!* One thing about the angle of the torso -- the torso is correct (more or less), the head is not. The head was supposed to be tilted to match the angle of the torso. I forgot about it when I was painting the head. sweatdrop Soooo, anyone here? ninja

That's quite good! What kind of program did you use for it? I think it might be better if the colors blended a little better, I never was one for the seperated look... and, oh, the nose. It points kind of UP... in an anime-ish way, and I think that takes away from it.
Other than that, I really like it. It's an original design, and ESPECIALLY love how you made the flying fish and the birds. heart
Like I said, though, color blending, especially in the clouds and water :nodnodnod:.

You have a sharp pair of eyes. ninja You're right about the nose, but I don't think it's a flaw, personally. My drawing style (not the coloring style, obviously) is strongly influenced by anime, so I'll call a stylistic choice on this one.
The background certainly could use more work. I do like the "separated" look (assuming you mean what I think you mean) but it's obvious that the background isn't up to par compared to the foreground. gonk I need more practice with landscapes!
Thanks for the input~

I love it. and personally, the tilt of the head isn't as bad as you say it is. it's like she's embracing the light.

this is absolutely gorgeous! there really isn't anything I can critique, and I know personally I like being told what I oculd consder changing...it's very unique. I think there isn't exactly a direct message, and I like that a lot. It isn't cheesy, it's just beautiful and simple. mrgreen
