I'll make the most of all the sadness...

Just because we're dieting, doesn't mean eating out should be off-limits!

Limit the amount of times you go out and choose healthier options, and restaurants can fit right in!

Everyone, feel free to add what healthy options you choose when going out to eat.

Ruby Tuesdays:
We typically eat here every Sunday, when the bf's mom takes us out for dinner. I love getting the White Bean Chicken Chili and salad bar. The chili is only approx. 200 calories and soooo delicious! And the salad bar is unlimited, although I only eat one. Comes with a small piece of garlic toast.

McDonald's:
If I have to eat here, I usually just get a side salad. Although, I love to stop for Fruit N Yogurt Parfaits <3

Burger King:
Side salad(w/ light italian and croutons) and chili. Surprisingly filling...and only $2!

You'll be a b***h because you can.

Applebee's has a weight watcher's section to their menu. The Italian Chicken and Portabello mushroom sandwich is delicious!! It comes with fruit on the side and it's only 360 calories!

Overall, I just try not to eat out. Yahoo News had a good article about how places serve you such huge entrees that can be over 1,000 calories. And it's true! My boyfriend and I love going to Mimi's Cafe and they give you sooo much food. I used to eat it all, even though I was stuffed, because not eating it all seemed like such a waste. Now, I take everything home and it's a whole meal the next day.

I also never go out for Fast Food anymore. I've read Fast Food Nation and then watched "Super Size Me", plus read Morgan Spurlock's book. I'm scared to eat at fast food again!

I'm not sure on the calories, but at Red Robin I was able to sub for a Boca patty instead of a regular burger.
I had forgotten all about it and didn't realize it until I was about halfway through. xp I was also able to get melon instead of fries.
