Well.. I just saw ep two.. but my stock in Chie rose when I saw her hattricks. xD
I'm actually enjoying watching her poke around..
Not to mention we got to see Nao in an unspeakably sexy robe at the end of the episode.. >.>
But besides that.. is anyone actualy watching it?
I mean, I'm trying to look past the 'quote plot unquote'.
But.. at least the characters aren't letting me down.. except for the whole bus thing? xD

ah, why is this in the otome section? D:! yeah I'm watching it! and... From the first episode. spoilers aside. They turned my interest in continuing it to stone. But I'm hoping to be pleasantly surprised. I have this sinking feeling that another reason I'm continuing this is going to be compromised... I have to be so vague.

There's lots of other lesbian ships in the series besides shiznat, you know... sweatdrop
I never thought I'd hear myself say this, but I actually liked Yukino in the 2nd episode, or at least the Yukino/Haruka interaction. I'm not a big shipper of that pair, but I really love Harukachan, so I was glad she got a large chunk of screentime for once. Same for Nao.
Although that didn't make up for how utterly retarded they made Tomoe. Degraded to a disposable comedy character... not to mention that getup looks really horrid on her. I suppose it's meant to.
What I would really love to see (but I somehow doubt this will happen, especially considering that there's only one episode left) is to have some characters who have never appeared in the same scenes together interact. The kinda did it with the Nao and Nina parts, I was waiting for this in Otome because those two are supposed to have known each other since childhood. (if I remember correctly, they were both adopted to be trained as Otome for Artai.) Some interesting interactions there.
Well, now that yet a third Otome series has been released, I guess we can always hope that our favorite minor characters will be better treated there... Although with the whole new cast of characters they're introducing, I wonder how it'll be possible to give anyone sufficient development. Oh wait, I forgot, they gave up on that in Otome. =P

I don't think it was supposed to be so much "HOHOHO LOOKIT TOMOE SHE'S LOOKS SILLY" but more of a " OH MY GOD ******** WHAT IS THIS BABYTIME!?" Which was totally the reaction I had, lol. And even after that she wasn't meant to be funny, just super crazy. I honestly think that aside from the "OMGWTFBBQ" factor, babytime was supposed to show her softer side, weird as it may be.
