The five planets closest to the Hoth sun are lifeless, and a wide, chaotic asteroid belt occupies the only remaining orbit in the system. Hoth is barely hospitable, with its axial tilt, orbital position and atmospheric makeup causing the world to plunge into subzero temperatures. Hoth's daytime temperature high hovers around -32 degrees standard. At night, temperatures often fall as low as -60 degrees, with winds causing it to feel even colder.
Hoth's entire surface is covered by ice, but in various locations, volcanic fissures open up steam vents, depositing rocks and minerals in darker patches on the glacier plains. A few mountain chains penetrate the permanent ice shelves, and some of these are geologically active.
Along Hoth's equator is a deep fissure in the ice shelves, reaching hundreds of meters into what seems like another world. In this place, never exposed to Hoth's blue-white sun, is a cache of lumni-spice, a rare fungal growth valued by the galaxy's criminal element. Before the Alliance established a base in the northern hemisphere of Hoth, a pirate leader named Raskar attempted to seize the cache, only to be chased off by a creature known as a dragon-slug. Other rarely seen creatures in the Hoth wilderness include land scavengers known colloquially as Hoth hogs, and small rodents such as snowmice and ice scrabblers.
In Hoth's southern hemisphere, a massive ocean churns underneath the pressure of ice. The tidal pull of Hoth's three nameless moons cause fissures in the ice-layers, sending jets of ocean water into the freezing Hoth air. The intense cold freezes these jets into spires of ice, suspending primitive ocean algae in these tall columns. A species of annelids called ice worms carve their way through the ice to feed on the algae, leaving behind odd tiny holes.

Sith Knight Yaston Salvatore had found enjoyment in navigating his pratically ancient Antis ETA Jedi Interceptor through the field of free radicals orbiting the planet Hoth, if by enjoyment, one means struggling through it all until the end. Luckily, Yaston was an ace pilot, one part reflex and two parts spatial awareness.
Once planetside, Yaston setup residence deep within a dragonslug cave, after killing its inhabitants. Over the course of the many years, he had literally shaped the ice composing it into somewhat of a means of an ice-base, complete with hanger for his ship to stay in. The cave trapped heat inside of it, and blocked out wind for the most part indefinitly, because of the predictable wind patterns that seemed to have taken place every day. Yaston had also fabricated himself a decent set of garments from the kelts of the beasts he had slain. It was because of these reasons, along with his fixation on the Force, that he was able to survive.
However, things needed tending to. His R2 unit, over the years, had consumed a stockpile of energy, and of course Yaston himself had to eat, and make sure the integrity of his ship was intact. Within a short period of being there, Yaston had turned into quite the primordial savage killer, learning how to track and hunt the natives of the planet, rarely seen by the unexperienced travelers. He was found often outside, wrapped in a tremendous cloak consisting of all the kelts of the beasts he had slain previously, with his saber in hand, hunting with one blade out. As such, he began to become more experienced in using just one of his blades, treating the sword as a broadsword. However, he never lost his skill of weilding the lightsaber staff-style, in which the manner he was taught all throughout his childhood. Once he had made a fresh kill, he would skin the animal and add patch-in the new kelt by fusion by the Force.
He also managed to keep his ship from chaffing by keeping it warm, via means of burning the remains of his kills that he wished to not eat himself. For R2, he harnessed the power of light-trapping ice crystals, using his body as a transmitter of the crystal, to R2.
Through very unorthodox living methods, Yaston was able to keep alive all this time, though most would suspect he had been dead. However, that was to be said for most of the Force users. In reality, most had gone into hiding.

Intrigued by the discretion of the message, Yaston was slow to pack up his things and leave his homesteads that he had recalled putting so much effort into. Or at least, perceptively, to him he was slow. Within half an hour or so he was already almost done packing.
'R2, could you start up the ship and keep her running? I'm almost done here, and we're going to need a warm body to get out of this atmosphere in one piece."
And with that, the R2 unit chirped away as the sound of turbines spinning told Yaston that the droid had done as he had asked. Finally, when all the items he could bring along with him were packaged tight in the hidden compartments, the Kel Dor lept into his ship, seethed his landing gear, and took off without looking back.
As the sky thinned from almost pure white to the all-too familiar bleek blackness of space, Yaston set coordinates for the Kathol sector and initiated a jump, for his Antis Interceptor had been modded with a hyperdrive.
It wont be much longer until I'm in amongst the confines of Magnus again. I wonder, however, how will things be different from before? What events have taken place that I have not witnessed? What were those disturbances in the force I felt during that faithful day?

tiebak flys down to land on hoth, just landing is deficult, in the arctic weather, he finds a good spot near some caves where he can find shelter and goes to take a look around.
"you can stay here R5 while i explore, if i need help i will call you"
he grabs anythink he might need and sets out.
the snow was so thick it was up to his waist and even thou he had only just set out he was already getting lost.
the icey wind bit at his face, it became so hard to walk that he didn,t no how long he could go on for, his furred body helped keep the cold out, but as night came it would only get colder, as he walked he heard a strange sound like a boat creaking and suddenly the ground beneath him gave way, he tried to jump from the broken pieces one to the other to keep him from falling, but it was no use even with his training and he fell "aarrrrhhh" smack.
"uuuhhgg" he woke up to find himself in a dark cavern laying in icy cold water, he shivered grabing his arms as he looked around, he was still a bit dazed from the fall, he slowly got up and went to see how far the cavern went.
it was a strange place with smoth ice all around the sides like glass and tiny holes everywere, as he walked he saw a small mouse like creature scurry across old mechinary from an old battle. the tunnel seemed to go on for miles.
tired he decided to sit for a while, but not to long, he had heard of people being frozen solid on hoth in only a few hours, he hadn,t noticed but in part of the cavern there was a group of wampa, he had known them to be aggresive and wondered why they hadn,t attacked him, maybe because he looked like one of them or perhaps they had already eaten.
He found it strange watching them they looked very aggresive, but that was probbaliy why they were able to survive here, some times you have to be to live in a harsh wourld. using your instincts helps a great deal out here and is the best way to survive.
he decided to move on and not press his luck and came to an area of light and made his way towards it, he climbed the cave wall trying to keep steady as he guided his body up and found himself back outside near to his ship, he made his way back to the cave thinking about what he had seen and how to learn from it.

the next morning tiebak awoke and the sky looked clearer, it was a good thing he found this cave the night had been freezing and the cave kept warm, as he went to his ship he decided to head back to tatooine he didn,t no why but he felt somthink was wrong there.
gets in A-wing with R5 and heads out

Sanpoo flew his Y-wing into the frozen atmosphere. He landed his ship on a the frozen plain. He started to exit the ship. When the cockpit slid open he stopped where he was. "God this is cold," he thought. He pulled on his tunic and put the hood on. He started to walk toward the nearest civilization. "Before I forget R3 keep the engines running so it doesn't freeze over. He was walking northwest when he pulled out his binoculars and looked ahead. He saw to figures in the distance, they were walking toward him and had tunics on also. "They aren't Jedis," he muttered. Then he looked again. "Holy crap its two Sith," he screamed. He took out his blaster pistol and hid in the nearest cave.

(comes out of hyperdive and flies over to the old republic base lands and goes in, looks around, it appears that no one has been here for a while, he walks into the hall and turns right into a room)

Wongi arrives on hoth as oduis told him to and commanded the 3 supply ships that he was escorting to land near the east mountain and set up the cloaking field around the landing site.
"Ship 01, land at area B9......ship 03 land at B7, ship 02 follow me..."
Wongi flew down with menta to area B8 where there was a large rock formation. Wongi charged the Karasawa and fired towards the ground resulting in a big whole.
"Start the constrution there and make sure those cloak feilds are up so no one can see what we are doing..."

Wongi once again charges the Karasawa and fires towards the ground, this time he blasts into a cavern which was medium in size so not to big yet not to small. wongi thought to him self.....
"hmmm this is perfect, menta analysis was correct....start work straight away!"
"i wonder if oduis like this location....i like it anyway.."
with a smile on wongi's face he sits in menta and closes his eyes and rest while construction is continuing

Wongi once again wakes up to see one of the buidlings starting to take shape....
"hmm, i am please with your efforts workers.....i think you guys deserve a rest and some benefits.....let me go find some beers and sports equipment"
wongi lanuchs into the sky and leaves for a while

Wongi returns with a two huge metal crates in both of menta's hands, he lands and brings out loads of beers and food. he then opens the second crate and there is sports gear and letters from friends and family
"ahh, its nice to see a smile on people face, i wonder if there will be more smiling or will this war end it all....."

Wongi is now ready for Oduis to see the new base and wongi is pleased with the work force.
"Good job men, i like the way it looks.....the last check we have to do is the cloaking field, we have to make sure it lasts for a long time..."
one of the works agree's and goes to check them, one of the worker suggest another power supply...
wongi replies
"yes thats a good idea, MORE BOOZE AND FOOD TONIGHT!"
the workforce cheer and they get to work on the cloaking field
