This thread contains the loverly REMINDER/WARNING/BAN YOUR a** policy heart

Here is the flow (all PMs sent by the GAVA mule account to track them):

First Reminder - The first time you break a rule (ANY rule), you are given a First Reminder. This is sent via the mule account.

Second Reminder - Second verse, same as the first.

Third Reminder - Three Strikes with a Twist.

Warning - OK, here is where it gets good. At your Fourth offense (or first if it is: harrassment, breaking of Gaia TOS), you are sent a Warning and you are temporarily banned for a period fitting the offense. If it is a particularly bad breaking of the TOS, you are also reported to a Gaia Mod, but in most cases we will handle our own problems.

Final Warning - Banned for a longer period of time, and if it is a TOS issue you ARE reported to a moderator. This is your LAST chance. Some offenses (case-by-case basis) MAY earn you a Final Warning with your first offense.

PermaBan - You have gotten allll the way from First Reminder to PermaBan? You must really really suck, considering how lenient Lilium tends to be. You are forever banned from the guild, and there is a good chance that you are going to be reported to a Mod if you have done something particularly bad.

Bans can only be done by Lilium, but everything from First Reminder to Final Warning can be sent to you by McKenzie or a designated moderator (if we ever have to instate them, which isn't likely).

ANYONE can REQUEST a ban on another user. Requests to ban someone can be sent directly to Lilium, but if you are just being an a** you will get a Reminder or Warning in response. No, I will NOT ban someone for giving you a bad critique. Sorry. Even McKenzie isn't allowed to ask for a permaban for trivial reasons >D
