Pretty Much same rules, no hentai of any kind [Gaia ToS rule, not mine]
Selling art of copywritten characters is not Illegal. You are selling it for "Gaia Gold" which is not real currency. You trade fake money for a drawing which MAY resemble (depending on the artists skill xD) a character created by Nintendo/Gamefreak. I seriously don't know why people even care, its like that law that says you can't have sex until your 18, no one listens to it. x.x
