Because before now I hadn't known that FtMs could get erections or have orgasms. xDD;;
It probably seems totally trivial, especially for someone who's not planning on having sex anytime soon, but it overjoyed me to learn that because it means that after surgery it's not just some fakething attached to me. . .It's a part of myself. ;_____;

That is great to know. I had heard that were still having troubles with that area when it came to FtM. I know that if you get a proper doctor they can do many wonderful things, but if you try the cheap and fast way you can get into a lot of trouble health wise. I also know they can create a c**t for a MtF even. It was only creating the p***s that they were having troubles with. So this is good news for all.

@Kat - Well, a phalloplasty costs roughly $85,000 ( gonk ), and a metoidioplasty (phalloplasty's evil twin brother) costs around $15,000. >>; Clicka
If I'm understanding all this correctly, in FtM surgery the clitoris is used to form the head of the p***s, and muscle and nerves from the arm, leg, or belly are used to give it feeling and make it erect. That being said, I think that doctors could easily create a clitoris for MtFs. . .

Woah.... it is only $10,000 for top and bottom surgery for MtF. There is a huge difference in the costs. I've seen the FtM surgeries and it doesn't look pleasant, but I've heard that FtMs feel alot better after the surgery is finished. I just wish they would lower their costs for those in need of these surgeries. *sighs*
