We all know about the Supernatural comic that will be released in May, but it's recently come to my attention that there will also be novels released soon!
Yes, now you don't have to just read fanfics to get your Supernatural fix. The first novel, Supernatural: Nevermore by Keith R.A. Candido is slated for an August 1st release. The second one, Supernatural: Witch's Canyon by Jeff Mariotte on November 1st.

Haha I'm intrigued, think it will add to the universe a bit - maybe tell a couple of tales that would be too long or expensive to do on TV. biggrin
The comics a good idea - just hope its avaliable in the UK.

Yeah! I'm really looking forward to these books. They may or may not be glorified fan fictions, but whatever, any addition to the world and story, makes me happy.
Comic is coming out here May 2nd. I don't know about a UK release, hopefully. Have you checked any comic shops?

I don't do comic shops - to be honest I haven't. I might have a look in Forbidden Planet which is cool as its mainly overrun by Doctor Who gear at the minute biggrin
But that comic shop is acutally haunted, the staircase going uinderground where all the comic books are is supposed to be haunted by some dude. Probably a fat nerd who tried to go down and got stuck on the narrow staircase... blaugh

We've got a bunch of comic shops around here, though none that are haunted that I know of. whee We do have a haunted bookstore though.

It's possible. You guys have a lot of history over there.
My old town was haunted but that was mostly due to the whole Native Burial ground thing.

It's "Supernatural: Origins" release day!! I'm gonna try and see if I can get it today. Sometimes in Canada we get comics a few days after the Americans. gonk

s**t I knew I had to go into town to sort out something...
I seen it on that Supernatural Merch site for $2.95... I'll see if the Forbidden Planet's gonna stock it.
Did you all hear about the Mythology book in the style of John's Journal? There was a Doctor Who one released a while back, always thought it would be great to release a Supernatural one. There's an interview on www.supernatural.tv - looks fab. More money to spend. biggrin

I didn't think they'd actually go with the whole horned demon motif, but I guess they are.
